What You'll Do
Travel to client sites to inspect, test, troubleshoot, and start-up electrical systems
Lead and mentor Level I and II Trainees and Assistants in technical tasks and field operations
Assign work, review performance, and ensure consistent execution of testing procedures
Conduct acceptance and maintenance testing for switchgear, relays, transformers, cables, and motor control centers
Test and calibrate solid-state and electromechanical relays (including SEL 700G or comparable)
Operate tools and software such as Enoserv RTS, Megger, and Omicron testing equipment
Analyze test data, perform insulated fluid sampling, and interpret electrical performance issues
Complete Job Hazard Analyses, including arc flash and shock hazard assessments
Document all results in detailed field service reports
Rotate on-call duties for emergency response and service
Assist the sales team by providing technical expertise and recommendations
Ensure compliance with NETA, NFPA70E, and ABM safety and quality standards
What We're Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of experience in electrical testing and power system services
Current NETA Level III or IV, or NICET equivalent certification
Proven experience leading and mentoring technicians in the field
Ability to manage multi-month, medium to large-scale projects
Familiarity with NETA ATS/MTS Standards and NFPA70E
Proficient in lockout/tagout and hazardous energy control procedures
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Clean driving record and ability to travel nationally (up to 90%)
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree or higher in Power Systems or related field
Skilled in troubleshooting electrical faults, especially ground faults
Familiarity with generator controls, protection systems, and high-voltage substations

Perform construction duties on a daily basis ensuring quality construction for expedited commercial deployment of services as directed by Superintendent and/or Tower Crew Lead.
What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities
Perform tower construction activities including assembling/erecting towers, installing antennas, mounting hardware, installing coax and connectors, grounding, testing, positioning, and optimizing antennas and lines.
Read Plans, Site Plans and Tower Drawings.
Install, connect and test underground and above ground grounding systems.
Complete work in a timely and efficient manner by planning, prioritizing, and mobilizing staff, materials to meet schedule.
Ensure Tower Crew Lead is apprised of construction progress, concerns, and deviations from plans or established schedule.

Maintain and enforce all SBA and OSHA safety practices, perform daily job-site safety inspections on equipment prior to operation.

The primary responsibility of the Underground Technician is the safe and efficient installation of Jennchem J-CribTM pumpable cement and containment bags. J-CribTM is a proprietary two-part cement that is mixed at the surface of an underground coal mine and then pumped underground for the installation of roof supports. The Underground Technician will be responsible for supervising or assisting in the process of filling J-CribTM containment bags with cement. Employee is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the underground installation process. This includes but is not limited to; running and maintain plastic slick-line that transports the material from surface to underground; carrying J-Crib bags to where they are required and hanging them in the correct location and at the correct spacing; filling of J-Crib bags to ensure they are straight and pressurized properly to the roof. Duties and Responsibilities
Provides knowledge, expertise, guidance, and a personalized experience to each patient by explaining potential benefits of the Premium Cannabis products offered.
Ensures patient questions or concerns are resolved quickly and completely. Communicates any requests or unresolved concerns to management immediately
Oversees patient intake process, ensuring that appropriate patient records and paperwork are submitted, and confidential information is maintained appropriately.
Accountable for accurately receiving, coordinating, and fulfilling patient orders by utilizing the Point of Sale (POS) and inventory tracking systems in compliance with AYR Wellness, local and state policies.
Adapts to varied sales volume and stays active by initiating continued learning activities, creating an engaging environment, and assisting in keeping the dispensary properly stocked, clean, tidy and in operating order while keeping a “Patient first” acuity
Follows compliance practices and prevents the diversion of medical cannabis to anyone other than authorized patients.
Assists in processing and monitoring floor stock and participates in daily inventory counts.

Performs opening and closing procedures.
