Your Next Career Opportunity - Tower Technician Perform construction duties on a daily basis ensuring quality construction for expedited commercial deployment of services as directed by Superintendent and/or Tower Crew Lead. What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities Perform tower construction activities including assembling/erecting towers, installing antennas, mounting hardware, installing coax and connectors, grounding, testing, positioning, and optimizing antennas and lines. Read Plans, Site Plans and Tower Drawings. Install, connect and test underground and above ground grounding systems. Complete work in a timely and efficient manner by planning, prioritizing, and mobilizing staff, materials to meet schedule. Ensure Tower Crew Lead is apprised of construction progress, concerns, and deviations from plans or established schedule. Identify all materials and other resources needed to complete project. Identify construction "punch list" of items to be remedied and ensure they are completed prior to customer's inspection. Maintain and enforce all SBA and OSHA safety practices, perform daily job-site safety inspections on equipment prior to operation. Work with Construction Supervisor and Tower Crew Lead to analyze job requirements such as labor and materials. Must be able to work overtime to include Saturdays, Sundays and evening hours. Part-Time Healthcare Device Technician As a Part-Time Healthcare Device Technician you will be responsible for managing a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of the recycling program. This is a part-time position, with working hours ranging based on customer needs. A personal vehicle will be required to provide transportation between customer sites. Essential Functions & Requirements: * Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times * Provides inspection services to clients, including collection bin inspections, data collection via mobile app, packaging of full containers for shipment and conducting other various facility inspections as required * Prepares weekly submission of reports via mobile app detailing activities and works with the client to achieve program efficiencies * Completes project billing and cost tracking operations as needed * Maintain inventory of supplies to conduct inspections * Receives and maintains credentials to provide service at the client locations * Completes all necessary training as provided by Arcwood * Responds as needed to provide assistance to customers during off hours * Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization Education: * High-school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience: * Previous work experience (required); within a customer service setting (preferred) * Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to drive between customer sites (required) Competencies: * Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner * Excellent communication skills for interacting with both internal and external customers * Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage one's time * Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record search to Company standards * Ability to push carts loaded with collection containers during service activities * Regular and predictable attendance to perform the functions and requirements of this role Vaccines / Testing Disclaimer: The various healthcare organizations that Arcwood services differ in their requirements for site access. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: You will assist in monitoring this residential program for individuals experiencing homelessness, with a focus on maintaining a safe environment. Be part of a team with a commitment to engaging individuals in an approachable and empathetic manner while performing rounds and addressing the varied needs of individuals experiencing homelessness. You will manage conflict or challenging behaviors with self-awareness, emphasizing safety and building trust while understanding each person's unique experience. You will also be responsible for screening residents and visitors at front door, create written documentation, including logbook entries, incident reports and progress notes. Manage inventory for supplies, maintain fire safety drills and logs, and provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance/NARCAN when needed. Assist with inspections and audits. Escort clients and serve meals as needed. Help maintain an orderly and clean facility. Related duties as assigned. This position is subject to mandatory overtime. HOURS: Full-time 37.5 hours per week QUALIFICATIONS: * High School diploma or GED required * CPR Certification or the ability to obtain certification required. * NYC Fire Safety Guard Certification or the ability to obtain certification required. * NYC Fire Safety Coordinator Certification preferred; employees must be willing to attempt to acquire certification. * Security guard license preferred; employees must be willing to attempt to acquire license. * Food Handler Certificate preferred; employees must be willing to attempt to acquire certification. * TB clearance when required. * Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness preferred; effectively communicate with others both in writing and orally; ability to maintain professional boundaries; basic computer literacy required.
