Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent experience in customer service required Minimum of 1 year in operations, customer service, and sales experience in banking required PC skills including word processing and spreadsheets preferred Effective interpersonal communication skills Must be team-oriented Adept in word processing and spreadsheets Capable in the use and navigation of various Bank systems, e. g. , mainframe database, customer management system, automated documentation retrieval systems, bank expenses settlement system and other associated bank intranet systems Attention to detail with consistent and timely follow-through Ability to implement decisions within authority while applying sound reasoning and judgment Always presents a professional image and appearance.
