We provide group travel services for our 20 dive stores and their customers, plus we offer private travel services for those looking for custom itineraries. We also offer wholesale travel services to other dive shops who choose to outsource their travel programs. Our Travel Coordinators support the development of unique group and private travel packages: researching destinations, engaging with our partners, creating itineraries, and developing trip guidelines. Candidates should have experience putting together trips and managing customer details (16-28 travelers on average) throughout booking and delivery. As the primary contact for our travelers, our Travel Coordinators deliver concierge-level customer service via phone, email and in person. They understand the urgency of customer needs and act accordingly. Diventures Travel Coordinators manage all traveler details - from airfare and accommodations to dive plans and land excursions. We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail and organization skills who is focused on getting the details right, so our travelers have a positive experience. Reporting to the Operating Partner-Travel, the Travel Coordinator will also work closely with our local store teams, including Trip Leaders and Customer Experience Specialists who help sell trip spots.
