Job Summary

The Cook is a key member of the restaurant team responsible for preparing and presenting quality food to guests so that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came!
In this role, you can expect to:

* Perform prep cook tasks such as washing, chopping, and sorting ingredients.
* Perform grill cook tasks, such as setting up broiler, fryer and grill stations according to the line check sheets. Prepare all products to the specifications requested by guests and follow plate presentation guides

* Practice safe food handling and storage as well as waste control procedures; Know and follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations caused by team members and customers

Pay Range
$13.00 - 14.00 per hour

Roles and Responsibilities
Participating in team meetings and events
Learning new techniques and best practices from the coach community
Interacting and forming relationships with clients and the fitness community

Performing routine client-facing system tasks, including new account set-up, scheduling / canceling / rebooking classes, package purchases, and other general account needs as requested

The Role:
A Prep Cook safely prepares food items, following menu specifications and standard recipes, for service to guests in all outlets. In addition to providing outstanding guest service to internal and external guests.

Ensure consistent product delivery to guests.
Accurately prepare all food items according to established measurements and recipes.

Join us as a Prepared Foods Cook!
We are seeking a dependable and driven Prepared Foods Cook to support our kitchen operations in our Chestnut Hill location. This is a full-time, non-exempt role working an anticipated 35-40 hours per week. Wednesday - Saturday availability is required. Our Prepared Foods Cooks are responsible for efficiently and consistently preparing high-volume food production in advance of service needs, ensuring seamless execution during peak hours. The successful candidate will follow standardized recipes to prepare, package, and label a diverse selection of high-quality prepared foods for retail. This is a hands-on position that plays a critical role in maintaining product availability and delivering a positive experience for our customers. What You'll Do
Prepare items from our daily production list using provided recipes
Pre-wrap and label products for sale

Help with quarterly inventory counts
Read the day book and other updates at the start of each shift
Take on other duties as assigned by Kitchen Management
Requirements
