What You will be Doing:
Create a warm, friendly environment where your residents are comfortable from admission through discharge.
You'll advocate for your residents at every stage of care, making sure that we go above and beyond for them every single day.
Develop personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is primarily responsible for providing direct, quality clinical care and serves as a Team Leader to patient care staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure appropriate execution of medications and treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning and patient care conferencing in compliance with the Health Campus Policies and Procedures.
* Utilize the nursing process in delivering patient care and ensure continuity of care from admission through discharge and return to family and community.
* Visit residents on assigned unit daily to observe and evaluate each resident's physical and emotional status and notify the charge nurse, the physician, and/or the Director of Nursing when there is a change in a resident's condition._
* Identify resident problems and emergency situations and initiate immediate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician._
* Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. as necessary.

* Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license

What You will be Doing:
Create a warm, friendly environment where your residents are comfortable from admission through discharge.
You'll advocate for your residents at every stage of care, making sure that we go above and beyond for them every single day.
Develop personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise.
When emergency situations happen, you'll act quickly and calmly to initiate life-saving measures. This could happen with or without a physician present, and you have the confidence to act with your residents' well-being in mind.
Handle medication for your residents and keep meticulous records of every aspect of the care you administer.
Where You will be Going:
Regional Travel
Defined as travel for work assignment up to two (2) hours from home address, where license or certification is applicable.

Full-time, 12-hour shifts with block scheduling for overnight stays!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Active and in good-standing RN license.
Every other weekend and holiday work availability.
