The Pre-op/Post-op/PACU department at Mount Carmel Grove City has 20 pre-op/post-op bays and 14 PACU bays. The Registered Nurse would expect to see inpatient and outpatient cases related to surgery, endoscopy, IR, myelograms, and MRI's. The PACU ratio is 2:1 unless ICU, Pre-op is 2/3:1, Post-op is 2/3:1.
