Triton's Ocean Systems is a fast-paced, interdisciplinary engineering team focused on bringing ideas from our heads to the ocean. We are developing uncrewed systems (unmanned underwater vehicles, surface craft, launch and recovery systems), marine systems (submarine/shipboard equipment, diver equipment), and ocean sensing systems (including sensors and signal processing).
Responsibilities
Lead project teams and serve as Principal Investigator on projects where mechanical and systems engineering is critical.
Design, build, and test mechanical systems for the ocean environment. Integrate electrical and software systems.
Rapidly develop high-quality CAD in SolidWorks for fabrication and manufacturing from concept-level sketches and CAD
Formulate and solve analysis problems using available software and resources to support quantitative design. Conduct engineering design reviews.
Design & execute experiments and field tests, including in-water field tests. Analyze performance data. Communicate progress and results to the customer.
Take responsibility for growing internal capabilities and professionalism in the lab
Develop new concepts and write project proposals around your expertise and the company's experience
Basic Qualifications
4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Robotics, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent; MS a plus
Range of experience considered, 3-5 years of work experience
Candidates must have demonstrated interest and ability to design, build, and test control systems for machinery and/or robots
Desired qualifications

Hands on experience in a machine shop or other fabrication expertise.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
ADI's Aerospace and Defense Module Product Line has an open position for a Mechanical Design Engineer. Working on new technology development, you will design cutting-edge integrated modules and subsystems for phased array radar systems.
In this position, you will work in a collaborative team environment and interface with electrical designers, process engineers, program managers, and production assembly through all program phases from research through design and production.
Job responsibilities include:
Lead mechanical design of electronic hardware which incorporates RF modules, control electronics, power systems, cabling, and cooling. Hands-on use of 3D CAD system for rapid development.
Apply Systems Engineering principles, performing requirements analysis and trade-study on ADI platform designs for industrial markets.
Development and integration of cooling solutions, including analysis of liquid cooling through computational fluid dynamics (CFD) with Ansys Fluent. Steady-state and transient thermal analysis from the IC gate level to rack-sized systems.
Collaborate with engineers, and other employee disciplines across multiple ADI design center locations.

Proposal research and preparation including cost and schedule estimates.

Qualifications

Specific Responsibilities / Duties

Research and development of high performance algorithms for numerical simulation, analysis, and design of circuits and systems; development of models to model thermal effects; or development of automation to improve design efficiency

Numerous technical challenges arise when designing advanced SiP products including electromagnetically modeling complex packages, co-designing and optimizing ICs plus package, running system-level simulation and verification at various levels of abstraction, running system-level physical verification, analyzing thermomechanical stress, and more. The Dexterous AI Group (DAG) is seeking a Principal Robotic Sensor Engineer with deep expertise in tactile sensing and dexterous hand to lead the development of next-generation sensor hardware for AI and humanoid robots. Responsibilities:
Own the architecture: Define tactile sensor system architecture (sensing principles, packaging, electronics, firmware interfaces, data pathways) and drive it through design reviews to production readiness.

Qualifications:
Experience: 8+ years building electromechanical sensor systems or robotics hardware in industry, with shipped prototypes/products and measurable impact.
Domain depth in tactile/haptics: Hands-on design and characterization of tactile or related force/pressure sensors; clear understanding of modality trade-offs.
Robotics systems fluency: Comfort across actuators, power, safety, real-time comms, and control loops; able to translate manipulation requirements into sensor specs.
Manufacturing: Volume manufacturing exposure (flex, thin-film stacks, injection molding, coatings) and supplier qualification.
Hardware design skills: 3D CAD and FEA for packaging/mechanics; EE fundamentals for low-noise analog front-ends, mixed-signal readout, grounding/shielding/EMI hygiene; bring-up and debug with scopes/DAQs.

This includes oversight of manufacturing readiness, collaboration with the advanced technology process development team, and conducting data analysis to improve yield and throughput throughout the product lifecycle by managing and driving continuous improvement activities. This is a hands-on position that requires strong communication skills with design and manufacturing and requires the ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams for operational excellence.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Work with Design Engineering to develop new components, modules and processes that incorporate design for manufacturing's best practices to improve time to market, cost, and quality of the final product
Identify and resolve manufacturing risks in conjunction with Design and Process Development engineers to de-risk product release schedules
Work with Process Development and Process Sustaining engineers to help characterize and monitor new and released processes
Work with the Design Engineering and Test Engineering organizations to ensure robust product test plans and methods are being utilized during the development process and carried forward into production.
Coordinate with Design Engineering, Program Management and Manufacturing to develop and implement manufacturing plan & schedules for the development pipeline.
Lead and participate in the yield and technical review committees on new and released products to ensure supply chain continuity, supplier changes, yield & cost improvement activities.
Lead efforts to address component obsolescence, customer returns, and supplier issues associated with products they are responsible for.
Work with Design, Manufacturing and Test to address supplier and customer requests and events
Qualifications:
BS/MS in Electrical, Mechanical, Physics, Material Science, or related engineering discipline
3+ Years prior experience working in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment preferred
Experience with statistical data analysis methods and software
Strong analytical mind with problem solving skills.
Understanding and knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE), 6-Sigma, and Lean manufacturing principles
Ability to work effectively and efficiently with diverse teams, customers, and internal and external partners
Highly motivated and passionate about their job.

The Facilities Operations team at Analog Devices is currently seeking an engineer to support facilities equipment installation, troubleshooting, and to support project construction for site locations in Wilmington and Chelmsford, MA. This role will be based out of Wilmington, MA. The role requires a skilled engineer, capable of solving mechanical or electrical system capacity and resiliency.
The candidate will operate as an interface between 3rd party engineers supporting larger construction projects as well as supporting day-to-day issues as they arise related to the mechanical or electrical infrastructure. The candidate will support ADI's environmental and sustainability goals from a facilities infrastructure perspective. This role reports to the Director of Facilities Operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and support the design and development of mechanical or electrical systems and components for various facilities-related projects.
Project Management: Lead and support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure project completed within specifications, on-time, and within budget.
Technical Documentation: Prepare and review technical documentation, specifications, reports, and design schematics.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure all projects comply with relevant safety, regulatory, and ADI Global Engineering standards. Conduct feasibility studies, root cause analysis, and technical assessments.
Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary engineers and teams to integrate mechanical or electrical systems into larger projects.
