That's why we're committed to providing our customers with the best, most reliable parts right when they need them. As a Parts Warehouse team member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our parts department operates smoothly and efficiently every day. Your work will directly contribute to keeping trucks moving and our customers satisfied. Shift Available: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-3:00pm with a Saturday rotation every 3rd Saturday What You'll Do: Receive and Verify Parts: Handle all inbound parts, including new parts, cores, returns, and more. Ensure accuracy in part numbers, quantities, and condition, and notify management of any discrepancies. Stock and Organize: Accurately stock items in their correct locations to maintain an organized warehouse. Process Orders: Receive requests, pull orders for will-call or customer delivery, and process front and back counter tickets with attention to detail and timeliness. Package and Ship: Securely package products, create accurate documentation, and arrange shipments via UPS, FedEx, or our interbranch service. Handle Large Shipments: Safely secure products for transport using palletizing, shrink wrapping, and banding equipment, and accurately create Bills of Lading (BOL) for LTL shipments. Manage Returns: Process vendor returns for damaged, inaccurate, or excess parts, and handle warranty parts for vendor inspection following our policies. Use Equipment Safely: Operate equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies responsibly, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
