Document orders, notate any food allergies, and repeat items back to callers to ensure accuracy, quote expected delivery time (not how many minutes), with speed and accuracy. Retrieve checks from order taker and pick up order in kitchen or grab and go. When picking up, be certain that order is complete, i.e., all food, beverages, alcoholic beverages, and all condiments are accounted for. NOTE: All food coming from kitchen must be wrapped. Enter order into micros system and note any special request clearly in a timely manner. Give food server copy of check to be delivered with order and to get proper signature or method of payment, such as cash. Keep an accurate tray tracker and help Servers to expedite pick-ups. Retrieve daily specials and post on special board above Micros. Maintain sufficient forms in Cashier's Desk to include amenity request forms, due-backs, side work forms, purchasing requisitions.
