We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Center Technician to support our data center operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining hardware, supporting infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the data center.
Key Responsibilities:

AV/VTC Schedulers/Technicians require excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as thorough knowledge of AV/VTC hardware, software, and network connections. VTC Schedulers/Technicians must have expertise in scheduling VTC sessions in VTC bridges, hands on experience with debugging the interoperation of VTC bridges and end points, as well as experience setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting AV equipment (displays, microphones, sound boards etc.) The position will also support other associated activities, tasks, and projects in a very diverse and fast-paced test, operations-focused environment.

+ Performs board and component preparation, including specialized handling of sensitive components.

+ Interprets process routings, wiring diagrams, and similar production planning documents or drawings.

**Qualifications**
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE** :
+ AA Degree in related discipline and three (3) years' experience. Additional years' experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
+ Six (6) years of practical experience, to include: electronics repair, maintenance, and testing preferred.
+ Formal Military electronics training from: Technical School, or Class A or B military school in electronics or communications preferred.
+ Deep understanding of electronic component identification and handling, including ESD precautions.
+ Ability to read and interpret complex process routings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
+ Knowledge of and experience with IPC standards, especially IPC-7711 (Rework Procedures).

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those typical in an electronics lab/productive environment. Tool use is required. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud, including the sounds of forklifts, tools, and machinery. Work is generally performed near moving mechanical parts. Reports To: Test Supervisor SUMMARY: The Electronics Technician is a blended role that incorporates environmental testing together with electrical testing. The primary focus will be to test parts, maintain repairs, troubleshoot, modify and install various types of electronic equipment and related devices as directed by the Test Supervisor and/or Environmental Supervisor or related department management. This is a non-exempt position.
Responsibilities:
* Perform all operations necessary for the testing of the product.
* Perform Laser trim.
* Install electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housing or assemblies, using soldering equipment, hand and power tools.
* Layout, build, test troubleshoot, repair, rework and modify production's electronic components, parts, and equipment; adjust, align, and modify circuitry and components.
* Assemble and test electrical equipment and components according to electrical principles.
* Load and unload burn-in racks, H.T.R.B. boards; maintain and perform continuity verification of burn-in plates and boards.
* Maintain logs and records; complete lot traveler and paperwork.
* Perform Group B&C testing and inspection on vibration variable frequency, salt atmosphere, moisture resistance, and mechanical shock.
* Provide technical support to the quality inspection process.
* Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Job Description:
* The Successful applicant will be self-motivated with attention to detail and possess the ability to work efficiently both with a team and independently.
* Position involves testing, troubleshooting and repair of inertial navigation equipment.
* Candidate will troubleshoot and repair inertial navigation systems utilizing computerized test equipment, standard electronic equipment and hand tools along with detailed drawings, schematics, parts lists, and verbal and/or written instructions.
* Accurate completion of maintenance, inventory, and repair logs is required.
* Includes use of a variety of hand or power tools and test equipment.

Basic Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years troubleshooting and repairing electronic components.
