MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Required
5-8+ years administering Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, SCM, or HCM).
Strong understanding of global manufacturing processes: procurement, planning, MRP, production, costing, inventory, and order management.
Experience with OIC integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and scheduled processes.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Security Console and role provisioning.
Ability to manage quarterly updates across multiple environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skills.
Preferred
Experience with global, multi-site manufacturing organizations.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related components.
Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and data modeling.
Understanding of SOX and SOD compliance best practices.
Project management or ERP implementation experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
System Administration & Configuration
Manage day-to-day administration of Oracle Fusion Cloud environments including ERP, SCM, HCM, and Procurement modules.
Configure functional setups, workflows, approval rules, and flexfields.
Maintain application security, roles, privileges, and segregation-of-duties controls.
Monitor system health, service requests, and environment availability.
Patch, Update & Release Management
Coordinate quarterly Oracle Cloud updates: review release notes, evaluate impacts, perform regression testing, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
Partner with business and QA teams to ensure smooth adoption of new features.
Maintain documentation of version changes and configuration history.
Integration & Data Management
Monitor integrations (OIC, APIs, REST/SOAP services, EDI, third-party applications, manufacturing systems) for performance.
Oversee scheduled jobs, data imports/exports, and interface error handling.
Collaborate with the data/analytics team on data governance, OTBI/BIP reports, and dashboards.
Security & Compliance
Maintain user provisioning, role design, and audit compliance (SOX/GxP/SOD depending on the organization).
Conduct periodic access reviews and support internal and external audits.
Ensure adherence to global cybersecurity, privacy, and manufacturing compliance standards.
Operational Support & Continuous Improvement
Act as a technical/functional subject matter expert for manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and HR business units.
Troubleshoot system issues, manage SRs with Oracle Support, and drive root-cause remediation.
Other duties consistent with the general nature and focus of the position and/or the goals and objectives of the department may be assigned.

Based on region, the expected salary range for this position is $89,110.69 - $148,517.82 per year.
The posted salary range reflects a national pay scale and is intended to provide a general idea of compensation across different geographic regions.
