Job Description
Objectives of this Role:
Perform daily bank operations tasks according to the Daily Operations Checklist as defined below under responsibilities
Provide both internal and external client service at the highest standards
Work in collaboration with the VP of Operations and CFO/COO on the movement of funds as needed to cover liquidity needs of Fedline and UBB correspondent accounts.
Train and provide support to other operational staff
Crosstrain in other related departments as needed
Responsibilities - Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually
Process wires, ACH transactions, returned checks, internal transfers, reconciliations, sweep accounts, dormant account exceptions, negotiable instrument reconciliations, etc.
Fed Funds/Cash settlement, including cash letter adjustments
Create core processor tickets for resolution of operational processing incidents
Maintain and process transactions at correspondent bank, including reconciliation and research of discrepancies
Monthly FHLB statement reconciliation
Process bond portfolio entries
Process exception items, including chargebacks, overdrafts, non-posts, returns, stop payments, etc.
Monitor and remittance of IOLTA accounts
Review, understand, and distribute daily reports and notices
Perform OFAC checks when required
Education, Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of a high school degree. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. The equivalent of education & experience in banking and other financial services may be acceptable.
Knowledge of general banking principles, bank operations, compliance, general ledger accounts, and online banking
FiServ Premier core processing experience preferred
Teller experience desired, specifically Integrated Teller
Knowledge of UMACHA and NACHA rules and regulations
Knowledge of required regulations involving bank operations, including Reg E, Reg CC, BSA/AML, Reg D, etc.
Ability to research, problem solve, resolve, and reconcile out-of-balance accounts
Aptitude for learning and the ability to maintain continued education requirements.
Accredited ACH Specialist designation preferred, but not required. The ability and willingness to become certified in the future is desired.
Ability to work in collaboration with all operational staff as well as other departments
Strict adherence to compliance and all internal procedures for transactions

The position of Customer Service Banker is responsible for processing customer transactions, maintaining and balancing a cash drawer and providing professional and courteous service to all customers. Key Responsibilities:
Process customer transactions timely and accurately, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Transactions may include accepting deposits, cashing checks, processing withdrawals, accepting loan payments, redeeming savings bonds and selling negotiable items.
Responsible for balancing a teller drawer daily, maintaining a balancing record within Bank guidelines.
Provide prompt customer assistance in all areas, which could be in person, over the telephone or through email and may include account balancing, transfers of funds, wire transfers, retrieval of statements and documents, stop payment requests and online banking.
Refer customers to other departments within the Bank to ensure that we meet all of their banking needs with the goal of creating lasting relationships.
Process daily teller proof work through the branch capture system and submit to the Operations Department in a timely manner.
Assist in the balancing of the vault, ATM and coin machine as required.
Complete regular ATM duties, including timely and accurate processing of customer deposits, machine balancing, cash supply and any required maintenance.
Process mail and night drop deposits in accordance with Bank policies and procedures.
Assist in the regular monitoring of vault cash according to Bank policy and individual office needs, ordering and selling cash as necessary.
Assist customers with Safe Deposit Box entrance.
Open and close the Bank as assigned, completing all required duties involved.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints as necessary, working with other departments within the Bank to obtain error resolution in a timely manner.
Provide coverage in other locations as necessary.
Qualifications
To be considered, you must have the following:
High school diploma required. Previous experience working in a community bank strongly desired
1+ years of customer service experience, cash handling experience preferred
Knowledge of related state and federal banking regulations and other Bank operational policies
Knowledge of Bank policies and procedures along with Bank products and services offered
Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, instruct others, interpret documents, understand procedures, write reports and correspondence and speak clearly to customers and employees

**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a **Senior** **Artificial Intelligence Solutions** **C** **onsultant** to support our migration to a new cloud-based AI voice virtual agent solution. This person will build the conversational experience for our new Wells Fargo Voice Self-Service platform, using the latest AI techniques including Google Dialogflow CX, and other AI based Speech systems. **In this role, you will:**
+ Develop and configure conversational flows in Dialogflow CX.
+ Collaborate with Products Owners, Conversation Designers to translate scripts into functional Conversational AI agent experiences.
+ Integrate Dialogflow CX with backend systems and APIs.
+ Conduct testing and QA for conversational experiences.
+ Monitor and optimize Conversational AI agent's performance using analytics and feedback.
+ Lead cross functional teams to identify, strategize, and execute Artificial Intelligence initiatives within a line of business
+ Understand the strategy to recommend solutions on solving business challenges
+ Analyze and review cases obtaining the required resources to ensure the solution delivers the intended benefits
+ Leverage knowledge to evaluate technological readiness, data availability, and resources to execute the proposed solutions
+ Influence without authority to drive the implementation of Artificial Intelligence initiatives and programs while serving multiple stakeholders
+ Decision key issues which may arise during development or implementation

**Required Qualifications:**
+ 4+ years of Artificial Intelligence experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience of working on Contact Center technologies, specifically support of self-service and routing solutions
+ Experience working with vendors in a CCaaS environment to build and maintain contact center experiences
+ Proven use cases that include the creation of self-service voice flows including complex product and customer needs
+ Experience working with Dialogflow CX.
+ Experience in building new solutions or transforming existing contact centers to new technologies.
+ Technology and Product background that demonstrates the ability to work across a variety of teams and implementation solutions in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Education, Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of a high school degree. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. The equivalent of education & experience in banking and other financial services may be acceptable.

FiServ Premier core processing experience preferred
Teller experience desired, specifically Integrated Teller
