Job Requirements:

GENERAL PURPOSE\: The Productivity Engineer is responsible for the development, implementation, documentation, and support of the engineered production standards as well as the development and implementation of best-method practices in a high volume distribution and logistics operation. Position Summary: The Manufacturing Engineer II, Finishing will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving a variety of finishing processes at SIG SAUER's firearm facilities. Emphasis will be placed on vibratory, media, robotic abrasive sanding, laser ablating of precision CNC machined components, and machining and assembly of precision firearm components utilizing clearly defined technical drawings and interchangeable parts. * Plan, design, and implement manufacturing processes for new and existing firearm product designs while providing budgetary estimates for equipment, tools, gages, and production rate.
