Summary

We are seeking a strategic and operational program leader to oversee Talent Acquisition processes related to union recruitment in a limited-duration role (12 months). * Trains and mentors campus leadership in areas related to selection, interviewing, ATS usage, and best practices to create a WOW candidate experience.
* Partners with campus leaders to ensure the new hire experience is positive and reflective of the company's culture and standards from offer, acceptance of offer, through campus onboarding.
* Supports and drives efforts to impact employee retention strategies.
* Support the development of Employee Services strategies, including but not limited to the YES teams related to employee recruitment and retention.
* Subject matter expert on all company benefits and perks to be able to sell Trilogy's Advantage both internally and externally.
* Support campus-based clinical (CNA/STNA/QMA) programs. Establishes relationships, coordinates enrollment and testing of students, provides reports and shares best practices across campuses.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and participates in the determination of campus locations.
* Assists in promoting company growth programs internally and externally, i.e, career pathways (apprenticeships), AIT, NDIT, Mentor/Preceptor, certification, and tuition assistance programs.
* Solicits and pursues referrals from employees across all shifts to leverage the Employee Referral Program
* Uses relationships, knowledge, and connections to help build the campus brand in the community at large.
* Partners and recruits with/from key community organizations, i.e., high schools, colleges, academies, workforce development organizations and adult training centers.
* Attend campus Employee Engagement Meetings on a regular basis and establishes a cadence of strong communication with campus leaders to ensure our hiring needs are accurate. Additionally, always recruiting beyond today's needs to account for turnover, census growth, promotions, etc.
* Ability to diagnose, recommend and utilize data/dashboards, to drive conversations and results.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
* Partners with and supports the ongoing development of a servant leadership culture that strives to achieve the highest ethical standards. This is accomplished by conducting all training with a dedicated passionate commitment to customer service.
* Maintains knowledge of Company policies and procedures, as well as regulations related to long-term care nursing management.
Qualifications:
* Four (4) year degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or equivalent combination of experience and training required.
* Previous experience with high-volume recruitment preferred.
* Three (3) to five (5) years experience in talent acquisition preferred.
* Healthcare, senior living industry, or long-term care environment preferred.
* Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.

The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Prompt, you'll play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to fuel our company's growth. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and leaders across teams to understand their needs, identify incredible candidates, and ensure a seamless, thoughtful hiring experience from start to finish.
You'll be responsible for:
Partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand team goals and define effective recruitment strategies.
Using creative sourcing methods including job boards, social media, niche communities, and referrals to find and engage the best talent.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates alike.
Conducting screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and culture add.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a positive and transparent candidate experience.
Maintaining accurate job postings and candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Who You Are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
You bring 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in healthcare or technology.
You have a proven ability to source and attract great talent through multiple channels.
You understand recruiting best practices, from candidate evaluation to offer negotiation.
You're a clear communicator who builds trust and collaboration quickly.
You're confident in using ATS and recruiting tools to manage workflows and pipelines.
You thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and adapt easily to change.
You're curious, proactive, and genuinely passionate about connecting people to purpose-driven work.
Nice to Have
Experience using Ashby or a similar modern applicant tracking system.
Familiarity with recruiting in high-growth startup environments.
Exposure to healthcare or SaaS recruiting.
