As the Physical Therapist Assistant you will perform treatment and provide exercise instruction and patient education aimed at improving/enhancing the patient's well-being while following the established plan of care.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for following all state specific laws governing the provision of physical therapy in home care, to follow the treatment set only as defined by the supervising PT; to perform only those procedures that he/she is qualified and trained to perform and to make all recommendations for changes in the plan of care to the supervising Physical Therapist
+ Instructs and aids patients in active and passive exercise, muscle re-education, gait, functional, ADL, transfer, safety, and prosthetic training
+ Observes, records, and reports to the supervising PT, the nurse supervisor, and/or the physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the patient's condition. Coordinates care with the other members of the healthcare team as appropriate
+ Instructs patient, family, caregiver, and other members of the health care team in the areas of therapy within the scope of the physical therapy assistant

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in state of practice
+ Current CPR certification
+ Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
+ Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
+ Available to work a weekend rotation
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Ability to perform physical tasks required for patient care, including lifting, transferring, and assisting with mobility
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 to $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.

Position Summary
The Washington Nationals are seeking a licensed massagetherapist to assist in the preventative and restorative soft tissue management of players and staff during the Major League season. This person will also assist the Medical Department in the rehabilitation of injuries for players and staff. This is a full-time, salaried position and this person is expected to travel with the Major League team.

Primary Responsibilities
Work with the Medical Department to address existing player injuries, contribute to rehabilitation programs, and alert the medical staff to potential issues.
Create and execute care plans in coordination with the medical staff.

Maintain a treatment schedule for players, manage the treatment area, and ensure proper sanitization procedures are followed.
Document plans and progress for the Director of Athletic Training
Qualifications
Must adhere Washington, DC licensing laws and regulations
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to work across departments.
Desire to learn, grow, and develop personally and professionally in alignment with organizational values and philosophies.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Compensation:
The projected annual salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 per year. Actual pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to the applicant's: qualifications, skills, expertise, education/training, certifications, and other organization requirements. Starting salaries for new employees are frequently not at the top of the applicable salary range.

Pay: $65,000/annually;

To be considered you should: Have an Arkansas license as a
LPC, LAC, LMSW, or LCSW
~ Must have a Master's Degree in a relevant field ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry ~ Must meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver's License
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM;

As the Physical Therapist Assistant you will perform treatment and provide exercise instruction and patient education aimed at improving/enhancing the patient's well-being while following the established plan of care.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Responsible for following all state specific laws governing the provision of physical therapy in home care, to follow the treatment set only as defined by the supervising PT; to perform only those procedures that he/she is qualified and trained to perform and to make all recommendations for changes in the plan of care to the supervising Physical Therapist
* Instructs and aids patients in active and passive exercise, muscle re-education, gait, functional, ADL, transfer, safety, and prosthetic training
* Observes, records, and reports to the supervising PT, the nurse supervisor, and/or the physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the patient's condition. Coordinates care with the other members of the healthcare team as appropriate
* Instructs patient, family, caregiver, and other members of the health care team in the areas of therapy within the scope of the physical therapy assistant

Required Qualifications:
* Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in state of practice
* Current CPR certification
* Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
* Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
* Available to work a weekend rotation
Preferred Qualifications:
* Ability to perform physical tasks required for patient care, including lifting, transferring, and assisting with mobility
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 to $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
