The **Senior Provider Enrollment Representative** is responsible for preparing, submitting and maintaining provider and group enrollment applications while ensuring accuracy and compliance with NCQA, CMS and state regulatory standards.
**Schedule** : Monday to Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM EST or CST
**Location** : Remote- Nationwide
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Help process provider applications and re-applications including initial mailing, review and loading into the database tracking system
+ Submit 10 to 15 provider enrollment applications
+ Prepare, process, and maintain new provider and group enrollments
+ Conduct audits and provide feedback to reduce errors and improve processes and performance
+ Demonstrate great depth of knowledge/skills in own function and act as a technical resource to others
+ Solve complex problems on own; proactively identify new solutions to problems
+ Initiate and assist with developments/changes to increase or change quality and productivity
+ Act as a facilitator to resolve conflicts on team
+ Perform as key team member on project teams spanning more than own function

**Required Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
+ 5+ years of experience in completing and submitting 10-15 behavioral health commercial/government provider enrollment applications
+ 5+ years of experience submitting with follow ups and issue resolution
+ 2+ years of experience with completing and submitting provider enrollment applications for Medicare/Medicaid
+ 2+ years of experience working with compliance workflows and processes, including NCQA policies and practices
+ 2+ years of experience in researching and applying government regulatory information
+ Live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
+ Access to a designated quiet workspace in your home (separated from non-workspace areas) with the ability to secure Protected Health Information (PHI)
+ Ability to work a 40-hour work week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST or CST
+ Ability to be on camera during Microsoft Teams meetings
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Extensive knowledge of commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare provider enrollment applications
+ Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel and Word

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 to $35.72 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.

Express Scripts is currently seeking a Customer Service Senior Representative. In this exciting and challenging role as a Customer Service Senior Representative, you will be working within the fast-paced environment of the Central Nursing Team. As a first line of contact, this role will independently assist both internal and external clients within scope by clarifying and researching desired information and resolving non-clinical problems.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Work with Nurse Managers/Supervisors, field staff, and patients to schedule visits for home infusion within a region of branches.
+ Complete all nurse assignments for patients, reschedules visits based on patient availability, staff new patients with appropriate nurses, and proactively monitors all patient appointments to confirm accuracy.
+ Work with pharmacy, reimbursement, and nursing departments as coordinator for nursing referrals while providing great customer service.
+ Work with various staff, departments, and prescribers via fax, email, IM, and phone. Monitors both personal email as well as nursing mailboxes for follow up needed, prioritizing by ask.
+ Manipulate multiple Excel documents to determine what needs to be completed and urgency of completion.
+ Respond timely to inquiries from patients, field staff, and other departments for information and assistance regarding nursing and patient referrals and schedules.
+ Investigate/research issues and provide resolution.
+ Take initiative for problem solving with ability to multitask effectively and use critical thinking.
+ Correct and timely entry of data in appropriate systems.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ High School education or GED required.
+ 5+ years of relevant Customer Service experience.
+ High proficiency and regular use of Excel and Outlook required.
+ A pro-active work ethic with ability to be managed/trained virtually.
+ Detail orientation.
+ Excellent written and oral professional communication skills.
+ Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems, and make independent decisions.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 17.98 - 26 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.

The Cash Posting Representative will be responsible for posting non-automated payments in the patient accounting systems for Conifer Clients to ensure bank deposits are posted on a daily basis. The primary goal is to ensure maximum revenue & service for our clients. This function is responsible for accurate and timely application of payments to patient accounts as well as researching and posting unidentified transactions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Post payments electronically or manually in the patient accounting system
* Research and resolve Unidentified Accounts using established Identification function/process. Ability to interpret remit language and understand payer behavior, forwarding balances/ overpayment recoveries.
* Reconciles bank and special accounts, which may include: research, payment transfer or payment refund. Run queries to pull account details and monitor postings / transfers as applicable
* Review/Research all payment related issues via email or work desk
* Post payment corrections, payment transfers, inter-facility transfers, capitation payments, payroll deductions. Communicate with Reconciliation reps as required.
* Call insurance companies for required remittance advice and/or missing information to post payments. Open tickets with business partners as deemed necessary using established Identification function/process for timely resolution of worked accounts
* Identify and reconcile owner to owner refunds; track and log refund transactions between owners
* Work Special Projects to completion

Compensation
* Pay: $15.80 - $23.70 per hour. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.

Join Our Team as a Remote Experienced and Licensed Customer Service Representative! Within our Customer Response Center, the Remote Customer Service Representative provides timely, accurate and responsive information and service to policyholders and agents for a division of Personal Lines products, plans and programs. Independently solve problems relating to policies within scope and escalate others as appropriate. Identifies, analyzes, and owns customer policy needs to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth and retention of business.
Training: Paid training is Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm EST (full time). Training is a critical component to your success, and that success starts with reliable attendance. Attendance and active engagement during training is mandatory for success in this role.
Shift: After onboarding and training is complete, go-forward shifts will have a start time between 11:30 am - 1:30 pm EST with a weekend rotation. One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) will be required with an alternate day off mid-week when working the weekend.
Work Location: All equipment is provided. However, to work from home you must have dependable, wired internet connectivity with an upload speed of at least 5Mbps and a download speed of at least 25Mbps along with a quiet, secure, distraction free place to work. This position is fully remote. It is preferred that applicants reside within a 50-mile radius of Chandler AZ, Plano TX, Lake Mary FL, Suwanee GA, and Indianapolis Indiana, but not required.

Responsibilities:
* Provides exceptional customer service by responding promptly to all inbound customer calls regarding personal lines policies, limited by line.
* Builds rapport with each customer.
* Listen to customers' requests and inquiries.
* Works to retain policyholders who inquire about canceling auto policies through open listening, negotiating, and policy review of customer issues.
* Uses de-escalation tactics and when necessary, escalates to appropriate team.
* Processes policyholder transactions accurately and within Customer Response Center established time standards.
* Interprets policy contracts to insured based on expert knowledge of personal lines auto products.
* Identifies, understands and interprets customer needs to implement resolutions and makes recommendations for coverage enhancements.
* Understands aspects of billing systems as it pertains to policy coverage.
* Identifies and communicates transactions and impacts to policy premium.
* Evaluates and makes decisions regarding exceptions to payment plan and fees.
* Manages and utilizes time effectively to ensure the department meets required service levels for improved customer satisfaction results.
* Proficiently utilizes on-line reference materials relating to auto policies to provide confident, accurate, and efficient service.
* Develops and maintains product, procedural and technical systems knowledge.
* Completes licensing and continuing education requirements.
* Utilizes technical systems, effectively and efficiently, including desktop, call center specific phone systems and has required internet connectivity.
* Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Associates degree or 1+ year Insurance experience preferred.
* 2 years'+ related Customer Service experience is required.

Join Our Team as a Remote Experienced and Licensed Customer Service Representative! Within our Customer Response Center, the Remote Customer Service Representative provides timely, accurate and responsive information and service to policyholders and agents for a division of Personal Lines products, plans and programs. Training: Paid training is Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm EST (full time). Training is a critical component to your success, and that success starts with reliable attendance. Attendance and active engagement during training is mandatory for success in this role.
Shift: After onboarding and training is complete, go-forward shifts will have a start time between 11:30 am - 1:30 pm EST with a weekend rotation. One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) will be required with an alternate day off mid-week when working the weekend.
Work Location: All equipment is provided. However, to work from home you must have dependable, wired internet connectivity with an upload speed of at least 5Mbps and a download speed of at least 25Mbps along with a quiet, secure, distraction free place to work. The **Financial Clearance Representative Associate** is responsible for completing the financial clearance process and creating the first impression of Optum services to patients, their families, and other external customers.
