Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Helena - Crisis Facility Crisis Home Worker Position Overview: A paraprofessional person working on a therapeutic team involved in the operation of a transitional 24-hour crisis facility. Provides direct support in the crisis facility, assisting with monitoring, safety, de-escalation, basic care needs, and client engagement. Works as part of a multi-discipline team to ensure a therapeutic and trauma-responsive environment. Job Duties: Assists in matters relating to admission at the crisis facility including, but not limited to procurement of food, meal preparation, facility care and maintenance of the facility and grounds and supervision of the clients. Assists clients in problems relating to daily living activities as they are relevant to their circumstances (food, showering, laundry). Performs crisis intervention in connection with treatment team members. Assists in behavior and medication monitoring for clients.
