Responsibilities
Under the general supervision of the Faculty Support Manager, the Faculty Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to School of Law faculty for teaching and research. The Faculty Assistant provides administrative assistance to multiple law professors and assumes a broad range of administrative responsibilities which include: direct support to law faculty, course management, word processing, research, financial administration, unit operations, and event coordination. As part of the Faculty Support Team, the Faculty Assistant works both independently and in collaboration with other team members to execute tasks in an intense and fast-paced work environment. The Faculty Assistant must consistently exercise a high degree of initiative, confidentiality, independence, good judgment, flexibility in performing a wide variety of duties, and the ability to adjust to changing priorities while working well under pressure. Performance at this level requires independent critical thinking and problem solving, strong verbal and written communication skills, creativity, knowledge of office environment and technology, and a commitment to seeing tasks and projects through to completion. The Faculty Assistant is expected to provide a high level of support service to faculty, staff, and students, and the University at large. Members of the Faculty Support Team are expected to conduct research and provide analyses and solutions for administrative and operational problems and apply extensive knowledge of School of Law and University administrative policies and procedures.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $29.40- $32.22 (Hourly).Required:
* 2 to 4 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience working in a similar environment
Special Conditions:
* Occasional schedule and shift assignments (i.e. weekends, evening shifts) may be adjusted to ensure adequate staffing and coverage to meet operational requirements and necessities in an efficient and orderly manner. Requirements
Bachelor's degree (required)
Preferred degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Organizational Management, or related Technology and/or Business Administration fields.
Official transcripts of the bachelor's degree must be provided
Minimum of three years of professional experience working with ServiceNow or two years of ServiceNow administration experience and one year of IT Service Management experience.
Preferred Industry Certifications not limited to ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Application Specialist, ServiceNow Systems Administrator, or ServiceNow Implementor. Prior experience in curriculum development and instructional design for college-level courses is preferred
Preferred experience in Canvas, Moodle, Cornerstone, Blackboard, Saba, Chamilo or iSpring.
Demonstrated expertise and knowledge in using the functions and features of the ServiceNow platform. Demonstrate an understanding of ServiceNow principles and best practices.

This position is open to candidates trained in developing and conducting early phase innovative clinical/translational trials with targeted agents and immunotherapeutics. The successful candidate will be expected to develop a clinical/translational research, teach graduate students, postdoctoral fellows and clinical fellows, and participate in the Oncology clinics. The SCI and the Division of Oncology benefits from an outstanding scientific and clinical environment, including active collaboration with the basic science departments and other Stanford Institutes. Eligible candidates must have an MD or MD/PhD and be board-certified in medical oncology.

The salary range for this position is for academic year 2025-26:
Associate Professor: $180,250 - $226,600
Professor: $257,500 - $360,500

The Department of Mathematics at the University of California, Santa Barbara invites applications for a pool of qualified lecturers to teach undergraduate or graduate Mathematics courses. Screening of applicants is ongoing and will continue as needed. The number of positions varies from quarter to quarter, depending on the needs of the department. Positions may range from one quarter to one year with the possibility of reappointment depending on performance and further departmental need.
