Full Time Position 11:00pm-7:00am Responsible for the operations of stationary engines and mechanical equipment such as chillers, compressors, generators and steam boilers. That equipment is necessary to provide utilities such as lights, heat, ventilation, medical gases and power for refrigeration, air conditioning and other services to the facility.
Qualifications
Required Education: GED or High School Diploma

Job Summary: Our Sign Shop Production Operator and Installer work closely with our sales team, providing support with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibility Overview:
Understanding of signage and graphics media and substrates.
Proficient use of sign production and finishing equipment.
Prepare substrates for application. This may include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, and maintaining the substrates for application.
Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images. Weeding techniques vary with size, type of vinyl, and complexity of the image. Know how and when to use each technique.
Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-construction by accurately reading and interpreting a Work Order and then proofing for errors or unacceptable standards (bubbles, rough edges, loose seams).
Perform finishing operations such as laminating, encapsulating, and/or mounting printed pieces.
Install signs at customer locations as directed.
Operate the laminator while maintaining proper fit and settings.
Maintain a sufficient inventory of media, laminates, and substrates.
Maintain production rate consistency; meet or exceed established minimum rates per hour.
Skills we are looking for:
Valid driver's license/clean driving record is a must
Must be able to lift 50 lbs., work with power tools, and use a ladder comfortably

Primary Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for supporting production of custom aluminum extrusions by cutting material according to specifications from blueprints/technical drawings.
General Responsibilities:
Understand and follow written and verbal work instructions.
Set up equipment and lay out fabrication project from blueprints/technical drawings.
Cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saw. Join material using adhesive and clamps.
Measure components and finished project/product using a variety of measuring devices to ensure correct dimensions within required tolerances.
Complete roll tooling changeovers using hand tools and maintain equipment, supplies and machinery safely.
Troubleshoot machinery, material, saw, measuring equipment and tooling and making adjustments needed for successful completion of project.
Visually inspect extrusions and check against blueprints/technical drawings and report defects.
Participate in continuous improvement and LEAN manufacturing activities.
Flexible/adaptable to assignment changes, will jump in when help is needed and learn new things.
Maintain all work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition at all times.
Perform all work in a safe manner; use proper lock-out procedures during repairs or machine adjustments. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and make certain that all safety equipment is in proper working order.
Perform these and other related duties as assigned or directed.
