In this role, the Laboratory Coordinator I can expect to learn about the functioning of a clinical fertility laboratory and expand their laboratory skillset through training in clinical laboratory and foundational andrology tasks. Key responsibilities will include procedure set up, media inventory management, preparation and cryopreservation of samples, daily quality control, data entry, and lab maintenance. The Laboratory Coordinator I will collaborate closely with other clinical laboratory employees to deliver an exceptional patient experience and positive patient outcomes. Working with colleagues in the Institute for Innovative Education (IIE), the Medical Education Simulation Laboratory Assistant provides administrative and clinical support for growing, robust clinical skills and simulation programs by assisting with event set-up and take-down and ordering of supplies. The team relies on this roleto ensure that the correct room is set up at the designated time with the appropriate materials.
