Reconcile and Review all Lab and applicable testing prior to scheduling with IP physicians for the best new patient experience
Obtain and ensure proper revenue cycle optimization by receiving Prior Authorizations for all applicable procedures
.Work on Bronchoscopy Referral Meeting and prepare Worklist for providers each week to ensure all surgical schedulers and providers are optimized.

Primary Duties
* Optimize the day-to-day division, department, or school business operations of two (2) or more business operations Finance (FIN), Human Resources (HR) and Payroll (FINPR), Purchasing (SSAS), Research Administration (REA), and Facility Planning (FAC). * Perform integrated revenue and expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. Identifies trends and developments and presents findings to senior management. Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. * Facilitates department payroll activities such as analyzing commitment accounting data and effort logs, tracking payroll adjustments and cost sharing commitments, ensuring timely submission and approval, and tracking timesheets for compliance. * Maintain purchasing records, serve as a reviewer/approver, and ensure cardholders maintain compliance with policies and procedures (SSAS)
* Administer HR to ensure optimum efficiency, interpretation, and compliance with appropriate federal, state, local, and USM, UMB, and school policies. Audits transactions to determine acceptance and formulate decisions pertaining to the resolution of related issues. Identify inaccuracies and errors and takes appropriate action to rectify. Investigate, research, apply, and communicate HR regulations, practices, policies, and programs and simple problem resolution support and escalates HR as needed. Primary Duties
* Perform independent project(s) and participate in the design of research studies. Compile, analyze, and interpret research data using various relevant computer software applications.

Physical Demands Standing, stooping, bending, working with various types of equipment hands on. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent* combination of education and experience. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment (preferably with additive manufacturing equipment and/or subtractive manufacturing equipment). Experience in the use and maintenance of machine tools and prototyping equipment including, but not limited to: hand tools, power tools, drill presses. *6 years total related experience with HS or GED ; 4 years of related experience with Associate's degree. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of establishing safety and training procedures. Skilled in completing projects from initial designs to final fabrication. Mechanical aptitude and ability to resolve challenging technical problems. Verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Ability to execute multiple projects, and meet scheduled milestones and deliverables on time with high quality outputs. Knowledgeable about other maker spaces and equipment to advise users of additional resources that may be available for specific projects.
