Qualifications What You'll Need * High school diploma or GED required * Minimum of 3 years' experience in custodial field. * Demonstrate knowledge of basic custodial equipment and functions * Ability to relate well with staff and public * Obtain and/or maintain a valid driver's license * Be willing to alter work schedule to deal with job demands and manage competing priorities * Obtain and maintain all new hire certifications and trainings within 90 days of hire * Basic computer skills required * Must be fluent in spoken and written English Work Conditions and Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Set up, break down, and clean meeting rooms and event spaces per room reservation requests. Report maintenance issues to Facilities Coordinator through the work order system. High School diploma or GED certificate. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, students, staff, administrators and community members. Exhibit effective communication skills. Being proper stewards of district property, materials and equipment. Work with a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines with severe time constraints. Ability to perform duties with an awareness of all inspection regulations, safety codes and district requirements and school board policies.
