The Manufacturing Associate - SMT Staging, under general supervision, performs a wide variety of kit set-up activities including loading inventory on mechanical feeders and setup per pick and place program issue stencils and solder paste, label boards material put-away, measurement of components and cross trains in lateral positions as required. The Manufacturing Associate of SMT Inspection is responsible for inspecting the surface mount solderability using IPC standards to assure the quality of product is produced and to stop defects from moving through the factory.
