Responsibilities
Employs intelligence expertise and knowledge to assist in the integration of the Defense Collection Prioritization Framework, including collection, analytic, and targeting activities, into the overarching operational planning function across the DoD.
Planner needed to work with JS J25 and CCMD planning teams to ensure the Defense Collection Priorities are supportive of intended OPLANs and CONPLANs effects.
Leads efforts to develop plans to support Defense and Theater-level exercises utilizing the Defense Collection Priorities and governance structure.
Requirements
3+ years of operational experience with intelligence analysis, US government all-source analytic production, or specialized intelligence analysis training focused on mobility or sustainment
Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality intelligence assessments and briefings for senior-level government officials
Experience with intelligence planning, formal military planning certification, or the successful completion of SAMS, SAW, SAASS, or MAWS programs
Experience with coordinating analytic support to produce Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE) products
Knowledge of Joint Planning and Intelligence Planning Processes and INDOPACOM policy, strategy, and plans, including TCPs and TCOs, GCPs, or OPLANs, and U.S. national security policies
Ability to work independently and meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment, coordinate participation and input in the development of global plans
Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Desired
Minimum 3+ years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
Experience with the military decision-making process

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Provide planning and technical support for all LOGSU-8 assets, such as Dry Deck Shelters (DDS) and Seal Delivery Vehicles (SDV).
Assist in the maintenance planning and support to ensure the equipment is capable, reliable, and available to perform its mission.
Provide DSS, Scope of Certification (SOC) and SDV mechanical and electrical technical planning expertise and support.
Research and assist in preparation of DSS, SOC and SDV Formal Work Packages (FWPs) and Controlled Work Packages (CWPs) for use by maintenance personnel.
Identify required parts for use, as required.
Conduct technical procedure and data research, assist in preparation Liaison Action Requests (LAR), Technical Manual Deficiency Evaluation Reports (TMDER) and Technical Feedback Reports (TFBR).
Provide technical support and information to various contractors as requested. Interface with OEM manufacturers and other service providers as needed to complete tasks under the PWS. Notify the COR in advance of all interactions with non-government individuals when completing such tasks.
Assist in training Navy personnel in all aspects of planning, technical research, and technical document preparation, including planning support for unit deployments.
Assist when requested to provide DDS mechanical and electrical technical planning support and SOC FWP/CWP preparation.
Education and Requirements:
HS Diploma or equivalent plus six (6) years related experience and BA/BS plus two (2) years related experience.
Minimum of six (6) years of experience with U.S. Navy submarines or submersible platforms.
Minimum of six (6) years of experience with submarine mechanical and electrical systems or components.
Minimum of six (6) years of experience with developing and writing Controlled Work Procedures (CWPs)/Requisitions (RECs)/Formal Work Procedures (FWPs).
Minimum of six (6) years of experience with U.S. Navy submarines QA Program; and two (2) years of Knowledgeable about NAVSEA 9290 requirements.
Secret level Clearance.
Prior Military experience preferred.

As a member of the Exercise Support Team, located at Navy Warfare Development Command, you will provide technical assistance in the development, design, execution and assessment of a formal U.S. Navy training and exercise program designed to train operational level MOC and tactical level Task Force staffs in naval and joint warfare competencies. This team develops scenarios, Master Scenario Events List and runs the modeling and simulation needed to run the operational level exercise. All members of this team will be trained and capable of serving as Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF) operators during testing and exercise execution dates.
The individual in this position will provide subject matter expertise (SME) in Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) / Electromagnetic Maneuver Warfare (EMW) support to USFF in the accomplishment of their mission to train and sustain Maritime Operations Centers (MOCs) command and control capabilities at Major and Numbered Fleets Commands, Naval Component Commands (NCC) and when designated, Joint Force Maritime Component Commands (JFMCC) at the Operational Level of War (OLW).
Requirements
Specific Qualifications:
Experience in EMSO, EMW and Electronic Warfare (EW) as they apply to the maritime domain and Navy operations at the operational and tactical levels of warfare
Experience in the development of the scenario, road to crisis, operational environment and specific storylines to ensure the commander's training objectives are accomplished
Experience assisting government representatives in the debrief of OLW exercises in accordance with appropriate measures of effectiveness (MOE) using USFF established Navy Mission Essential Task Lists (NMETL)
Experience developing synthetic exercise injects to support training objectives during synthetic and/or live training events

Prevailance is seeking an expert-level CENTCOM-focused Security Cooperation / Coalition Planner to provide senior planning support across bilateral, multilateral, and coalition operational planning efforts. About the RoleThreat Tec is seeking a Force Surgeon (Medical Policy Advisor) to support U.S. Marine Corps Forces Central Command (MARCENT) in the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AoR). You will advise the MARCENT Force Surgeon on medical policy and planning, synchronize bio surveillance and force health protection across the command, and help integrate medical capabilities into operational plans and exercises in coordination with the CENTCOM Surgeon Group (CCSG) and other stakeholders. This role combines strategic policy advising with limited clinical duties to maintain privileges and readiness. Key Responsibilities
Involved with Medical Policy & Planning Support
Serve as a subject‑matter expert to the MARCENT Force Surgeon on medical policies issued by CENTCOM, BUMED, and DHA; interpret guidance and advise on impacts to MARCENT operations.
Coordinate medical communications between MARCENT and CCSG; align with CCSG specialty advisors as needed.
Integrate biosurveillance, preventive medicine, and force health protection (FHP) policies across MARCENT activities.
Provide input to G‑4 planners and support planning meetings/conferences, including Annex Q medical planning.
Attend CCSG planning events (as schedule permits).
Coordinate communications with CCSG on bio surveillance, preventive medicine, and FHP matters affecting MARCENT forces in the CENTCOM AoR.
Provide/Refine CENTCOM Medical Operational Deployment (MOD) guidance as requested via CCSG, BUMED, and DHHQ.
Provide pharmaceuticals & therapeutics guidance affecting AoR medical care and logistics.
Support the Armed Forces Blood Program and Force Surgeon on allocation, utilization, and policy coordination for US/non‑US blood products.
Keep the Force Surgeon updated on Global Health Engagement Policy and Operations, Activities & Investments (OAI) in coordination with G‑4 POMI and CCSG.
Evaluate U.S. medical intelligence on OCONUS facilities used by MARCENT forces with G‑4 POMI and CCSG for medical plan development.
Coordinate dissemination of disease/injury patterns, trends, and threats; monitor force health and develop solutions to emerging issues in theater.
Assist coordination among MARCENT and policy stakeholders (e.g., DHA, HQMC Health Services, Navy Medicine).

Support Medical Care of MARCENT OPCON Forces
Maintain clinical privileges at the 6th Medical Group (MacDill AFB) to support medical readiness exams/evaluations; provide limited sick call (approx. 4-8 hrs/week) to sustain currency and privileges (subject to government approval).
Advise on medical readiness reporting and tracking systems (LIMDU, MRRS) and trends affecting deploy ability.
Advise on medical evacuation and treatment plans for exercises and operations; participate in medical site surveys and liaise with host‑nation medical facilities.
Provide recommendations on TRICARE and other authorized services for MARCENT personnel; advise on dissemination of disease surveillance and medical intelligence to staff.
Engage as needed with organizations such as the Defense and Veterans Brain Injury Center (and related centers), TRICARE Overseas, etc., for MARCENT health initiatives.
Maintain CME as required.
Minimum Qualifications
U.S. citizen with an active SECRET clearance (TS/SCI eligible preferred).
MD/DO (or equivalent) with an unrestricted U.S. medical license; board‑certified in a relevant specialty (e.g., EM, IM, FM, Preventive Medicine).
Contractor personnel shall be a board certified medical professional in the state of Florida to perform services.
Acceptable credentials include Physician Assistant (PA-C), Nurse Practitioner (NP-C or DNP), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), or Medical Doctor (MD). Must hold current board certification and active state license.
Eligible to obtain and maintain clinical privileges at the 6th Medical Group, MacDill AFB; able to provide limited weekly clinical support.
10+ years of post‑residency clinical experience with significant operational medicine and/or joint/Service component staff experience; familiarity with MARCENT/CENTCOM environment and processes (CCMD/Service Staff experience desired).

Integrate, review, and validate planning process with primary parties and government affiliations on a weekly basis to ensure compliance.

Work closely with Estimators and Schedulers to ensure all information is represented appropriately to produce an integrated planning schedule.

Assists with integration of signature reduction plans to support and enable mission requirements.
Product development includes but is not limited to concepts of operation, plans and deployment orders, reporting requirements, concepts of support, information papers and assessments.
Required Qualifications:
12+ years of relevant experience
Excellent communication, technical writing, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle and rapid prototyping processes.
Prior experience supporting USSOCOM, SOF AT&L, or other SOF components. (preferred).
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
Required Clearance: TS/SCI
