We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health Nurse to provide in-home visits for newborns and postpartum mothers shortly after hospital discharge. The role focuses on well-checks that facilitate recovery after delivery or C-section, monitor newborn health, provide lactation support, and manage blood pressure or diabetes monitoring, along with addressing general postpartum concerns.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct in-home visits for newborns and postpartum mothers.
- Perform assessments and evaluations of maternal and newborn health.
- Provide lactation support and education to new mothers.
- Monitor and document vital signs, blood pressure, and glucose levels.
- Address postpartum recovery concerns and provide educational resources.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines and protocols.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records using OASIS and EPIC EMR.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
**Qualifications:**
- Active New Jersey Nursing License.
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Home Health Nursing.
- Experience in Mother-Baby care.
- Proficient in using OASIS and EPIC Electronic Medical Records.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to work every 5th weekend and every other holiday.
- Productivity expectation of 6 visits per day or the equivalent.
**Additional Requirements:**
- COVID-19 vaccination required, along with booster shots, with exceptions for medical or religious reasons only.
- Flu vaccine required, with exceptions for medical or religious reasons only.

The Master Campus Plan Clinical and Operational Liaison is a project ambassador who understands, supports, and communicates overall project vision, objectives, guiding principles, and goals. Responsible for engaging staff, capturing feedback and input from clinical, ancillary, and support stakeholders related to MCP. This critical role advocates for all stakeholders and validates assumptions. Overview
The Master Campus Plan Project Liaison:
Acts as a project ambassador to build consensus with leadership and front-line staff
Attend various department/unit meetings to present, inform and update stakeholders about MCP
and current on-going projects that support the overall final campus vision
Work closely with project/design team to facilitate communication and decision-making between
design team and clinical, ancillary, and support leadership related to the MCP
Meet regularly with SVP Hospital Operations to discuss any MCP updates and to review
completed and scheduled communication meetings
Attend and actively participate in MCP steering committee meetings throughout project acting as
the voice of the key organizational stakeholders - understanding their requests and making
recommendations to the steering committee to help facilitate decision making
Ensure full engagement and team member inclusion across the enterprise, making sure the right
team members are included in meetings and are participating by attending and being engaged
during the meeting
Along with the VP of Planning Design and Construction, provide key insight, guidance, and
support to project team during user group meetings, acting as the guiderail, aligning end user
direction with project vision, objectives, guiding principles and goals and tracking decisions that
need to be made by the steering committee or project executive
Works closely with project communications team, operations and logistics team, and other
project related teams to support project awareness and project engagement
Lead the transition team assisting the individual department leadership with their preparations
for inspections, operational readiness, and move planning, bringing consistency across all
departmental relocations

Experience Required
Minimum of 5+ years' experience in clinical operations leadership. Direct patient care experience helpful.
Experience leading major projects and/or organizational initiatives helpful. Lean Six Sigma,

Bachelor's degree required

The Gagnon Cardiovascular Institute at Morristown Medical Center is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Professional (APP) to join the team on the 12-bed Cardiac Step-Down Unit. The APP will work collaboratively with physicians, fellow APPs, and the multidisciplinary care team to assess, manage, and coordinate care for acutely ill cardiac patients.
Responsibilities include direct involvement in medical consultation, patient assessments, procedures, and care planning. The APP will specialize in the management of complex cardiac conditions, recommend diagnostic testing, and initiate appropriate treatment strategies in collaboration with the attending team. Ideal candidates will have procedural experience, including central and arterial line placement, and a background in critical care or step-down environments. Point-of-care ultrasound experience is preferred.
This is a full-time role with 12-hour shifts, nights only, no call, and one weekend per month required.

The goal of the Nurse Externship Program is to allow rising senior nursing students to learn about the role of the professional nurse, while being precepted by specially selected nurses. Nurse Externs will be assigned to a specific unit for the entire externship. Although we will do our very best to accommodate unit preferences, placement will be ultimately determined by unit availability. Externs should be open to exploring the unit they are placed even if it was not their first choice. Assignments will be received just prior to the start of the program.
