A licensed clinical social worker, Tracy has provided operational and clinical leadership across the spectrum of care including acute inpatient, residential, community based behavioral health, special education, and private practice. Tracy also brings extensive training and experience leading positive organizational change management initiatives. She holds a Masters of Social Work degree from Salem State University Graduate School of Social Work in Salem, MA and a Masters of Art in Positive Organizational Development and Change from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. Tracy has additional certifications in Developing Positive Leaders. She has provided executive and organizational consulting services to both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Tracy has a passion for guiding leaders, teams, and organizations to become the best version of themselves and discovering and growing talent in others.

Anita Cattrell serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at Vital Decisions, where she oversees Vital Decisions’ Analytics and Product Innovation teams. In this role, she is responsible for guiding the company’s overall product strategy, including the use of AI to ensure individuals receive Vital Decisions’ services at the right time in their health care journey.

Anita holds a Ph.D. in Epidemiology from Harvard University and has spent the last 15 years building a consistent approach to innovation through implementing rapid-cycle demonstrations and scaling proven interventions on a national level. She brings significant experience in developing machine-learning algorithms and associated clinical interventions, in addition to evaluating the impact of health promotion programs for the National Institutes of Health, the Department of Defense, the Centers for Disease Control, and USAID. Anita received a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University and an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Harvard University.
