    Job Description VNA Care is seeking a Weekend Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to conduct home health visits for the Leominster teams. This position entails working on Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Monday or Saturday/ Sunday with flexible 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts and focusing on specific territories within the Worcester team geography. Salary Range; $101,000 - $137,000 based on full time schedule, will need to adjust for a part time schedule. Qualifications - Active and valid MA PT license in good standing. - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist. - Willingness to travel within designated geographic areas. - Oasis E and Home Health experience required Responsibilities - Conduct home health visits on weekends. - Collaborate with a preceptor during an orientation period. - Learn and apply Oasis E documenting, Time Management, and EMR system -Home Care Home Base. - Ensure accurate documentation of patient care. Benefits Company benefits commence on the first day of employment and include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental coverage. Employees are entitled to three weeks of paid time off, six paid holidays, and six floating holidays. Competitive compensation is paid bi-weekly, with mileage reimbursement available. Benefits are accessible for schedules of 20 hours or more per week and are prorated accordingly.
