Position Overview
The Receiving & Inventory Associate plays a key role in ensuring that all inbound products are received, inspected, and entered accurately into our Warehouse Management System (WMS). This position includes standard warehouse responsibilities plus specialized duties in receiving, inventory accuracy, and quality control.
What You'll Do
Receive and inspect incoming shipments (parcel and freight) to verify accuracy and quality.
Match deliveries to purchase orders and record receipts in the WMS.
Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Report and document any damaged, missing, or overstocked goods.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve receiving issues.
Support standard warehouse tasks including picking, packing, and shipping orders.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in receiving, inventory control, or fulfillment operations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Working knowledge of WMS or inventory management systems.
Comfortable using scanners, tablets, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
Reliable, punctual, and collaborative team player.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
Forklift certification preferred.
Must live in or near Fort Myers, FL with reliable transportation.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements
Qualifications:
