Primary Responsibilities
Assessment of machining requirements for new jobs
Supervision of all manual and CNC machining performed on site
Creation of new CNC programs as needed
Participation in hands-on machining of WHA parts
Preservation of traceability through all machine shop procedures
In-process dimensional inspection
Safety of self and others at all times
Secondary Responsibilities
Ensures the entire work area and equipment stay clean
Organizes storage of tooling - applying "visual factory" principles
Continual improvement of machining (QMS)
Prevention of part handling damage

Job Summary
The CNC Programmer is a full-time position responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs for a variety of equipment, including CNC plasma cutters, CNC lasers, and CNC brake presses. This role collaborates closely with engineering, materials, operations, and quality teams to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing processes. Programming & Technical Work
Develop CNC programs for laser, plasma, and other CNC equipment based on engineering drawings and specifications.
Prepare and modify flat patterns using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
Apply K-Factor and Bend Table configurations within Inventor to ensure accurate part development.
Use CAM software to nest parts and maximize material utilization.
Create flat layouts using in-house bend deductions when required.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of CNC burn packages, nests, setup sheets, and routings.
Collaboration & Support

Primary Function:
The Machinist II is responsible for optimizing the utilization of machines, equipment, and personnel to achieve the highest levels of efficiency. This includes programming, setting up tooling, and operating CNC milling machines to support production machining and finishing needs.
Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities:
* Program and set up CNC milling machines (3 axis and 5 axis).
