Iteris is looking for two Arterial Operators I that will be responsible for monitoring the AMS roadways under the direction of the Arterials Engineers, and possess strong familiarity with the District's arterial network. What you will be doing: Monitor the status of arterial network using CCTV cameras, RRSPs (future), detector data, Bluetooth devices, etc.
Detect, confirm, update, and respond to scheduled and unscheduled traffic and incident management events on the arterial network, congestion, and travel time imbalances in the geographical coverage area
Enter all scheduled and unscheduled events and congestion into SunGuide software
Disseminate information using ITS devices, websites, and Florida 511 system
Coordinate with other Control Room staff, law enforcement, and external agencies in response to incidents
Coordinate with signal timing staff and county or city/municipality staff as required to adjust signal timing as needed in response to scheduled and unscheduled events
Detect, confirm, and report equipment faults affecting Control Room equipment and field equipment, including equipment maintained by the signal timing agency
Perform daily Arterial ITS infrastructure checks (CCTV cameras, OMS, MVDS, Video Wall, etc.) early in the mornings and open ITS device failure tickets for malfunctions detected during the check
Coordinate with maintenance staff as needed
Follow FOOT District 7 policies and procedures, including the District 7 RTMC SOP
Follow time requirements in the District 7 RTMC SOP for event confirmation, RRSP dispatching, etc.

One (1) year experience as a Freeway Operator I in an RTMC or equivalent facility

JOB SUMMARY:
Under general supervision Machine Operators are responsible for the setup, calibration, and operation of fabrication machining equipment including horizontal bandsaws, CNC press brakes and CNC lasers. Machine Operators must be able to work from verbal and written instructions including blueprints, engineering drawings or models. It is the operator's responsibility to inspect machining operations and finished product against specified tolerances using measuring tools including tape measures, square, calipers, etc. If a part is out of tolerance basic troubleshooting and correction is required. It is also the Machine Operators responsibility to perform routine maintenance and cleaning of their equipment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The ability to operate a variety of machines in the factory (lasers/press brakes/bandsaws).
The ability to interface with other departments to accomplish tasks (Quality/Safety/Engineering).
The ability to use appropriate measuring instruments for the task (calipers, tape measures, protractors).
The ability to use and operate hand tools.
Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day.
The ability to operate a forklift and crane.

The SPMT Operator will be a key member of the JMS team and responsible for the execution of onsite operations and minor maintenance using SPMTs and rigging equipment. Working as part of the SPMT team, you will be responsible for the full life cycle within a project, such as working to industry standards, following detailed RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) and engineering drawings, mobilization/demobilization of equipment and operating the SPMTs.
As a SPMT Operator, you will be responsible for:
Operating SPMT's in a safe and efficient manner.
Evaluate loads requiring movement on SPMT equipment and determine risk categorization.
Ensuring that all equipment is maintained and in good working order.
Inspecting SPMT's before and after each use to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Loading and unloading cargo in a precise and controlled manner; understanding and demonstrating proper load securement for transport.
Communicating effectively with project managers, crew members, and clients.

What You'll Do
* Unload and receive inbound furniture orders which will require manually moving large, heavy goods.
* Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift.
* Use scan technology to document pertinent carton level information, including condition, quantity, and warehouse location of material.
* Proactively monitor order management systems to ensure that all orders have been received properly and that detailed descriptions are provided for any Overage/Shortage/Damage issues.
* Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory is accurate and up to date.
* Pick deliveries from inventory and stage them by truck and stop number.
* Provide direct input into the existing user tools and make recommendations for improvements based on your everyday experience.
