Job DescriptionDescription: The Warehouse Tech is responsible for the pulling of product on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for the loading and unloading of product to and from vendors/delivery trucks. Maintain a clean and organized work area, with keeping aisles clear and labeled. Responsible for product knowledge and internal codes used to distinguish between items. Able to work as a team to get each job completed in a timely manner to ensure it gets into the production team when they require it for the next build. Provides appropriate feedback to production inspectors. * Reviews and dispositions product defects identified thru testing and/or inspection process. * Recommends modifications of existing quality/production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of production capability. * Writes technical reports in analysis of process changes and improvements and/or modifies work instructions to reflect process changes and improvements. * Analyzes problems and addresses RCCAAs using intuitive and analytical methods such as 8-D & 5 Why Analyses. * Runs experiments to evaluate testing processes and procedures; make recommendations for improvement. * Interprets drawings and diagrams and confers with engineering staff to determine quality/reliability standards. * Works directly with, and occasionally trains manufacturing employees (operators, inspectors, and machinists) on the production floor. May assign and check work of lower-level technicians and operators. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. Assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts/components, and/or electrical/electronic systems to create sub-assemblies, assemblies, or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment. Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies. Monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls to ensure adherence to production and process specifications. Follow engineering drawings, work order information, Manufacturing Assembly Procedures, SOPs, and other written or verbal instructions. Complete preventive maintenance (PMs) within the AMMS system for multiple sets of equipment to maintain compliance with production processes. Continuously work to improve equipment uptime and reduce waste within production processes. Work in environments that may involve exposure to blood/biohazards and strictly adhere to all PPE and OSHA guidelines. Essential Requirements 5+ years of relevant work experience, or an AA Degree (Technical/Engineering) with 1+ year of experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with machinery and equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical equipment. Experience with preventive maintenance and compliance systems. Willingness to work in environments with potential biohazard exposure, following all safety protocols.

Support of space structures Subassembly manufacturing and Single Line Flow integration. Individual contributor effort with limited supervision manufacturing and integrating deployable mesh reflectors. Ability to measure using multiple types of measurement tools i.E. Tape measure, calipers, inclinometer. Following engineering drawings and processes. Mechanical assembly and test of space hardware. System level hardware integration. Preparation for and conducting system level hardware testing (deployments, vibe, etc.). Performing system level alignments to meet system requirements. Field support for spacecraft integration and precision alignments. Move equipment weighing 45 pounds or less from one place to another. Work performed at elevated heights occasionally (up to 30 feet). Qualifications: Minimum 4 years'experience in assembly, test, manufacturing, or related field.
