FEDEX, LTL, 3PL and more Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask under pressure. Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with warehouse software. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
