Manage shipping schedules and carrier coordination during 3rd shift, ensuring timely dock departures and handoff to day shift teams. Enforce safety protocols, housekeeping standards, and equipment inspections to maintain a safe overnight work environment. Prepare shift reports on productivity, shipping accuracy, safety incidents, and team performance for leadership review. Collaborate with 1st shift and senior leadership to resolve issues and ensure seamless 24-hour warehouse operations. Serve as the primary leadership presence for all operations during 3rd shift (team leads, outbound, inventory control, forklift operators and safety). QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of warehouse operations experience, with 1+ year in a supervisory or lead role, preferred. Hands-on experience overseeing forklift and material handling operations; forklift certification or ability to obtain certification required. Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite; shipping software experience a plus.
