The Shipping Supervisor oversees all daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure accurate, timely, and safe order fulfillment. This role leads the Shipping and Receiving team, manages inventory movement, coordinates inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods shipments, and serves as the primary point of contact for logistics, order processing, and system support. Review and process RMAs and returned goods with QC procedures. Maintain RMA and QC records. Troubleshoot system issues and work with IT/ERP support.
