Drive continuous improvement to reduce errors and improve fulfillment accuracy.
Team Leadership & Supervision
Supervise, train, and coach a team of warehouse associates.
Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity, performance, and attendance.
Enforce SOPs, safety rules, and workplace standards.
Conduct daily shift briefings to align the team on priorities and expectations.
Issue disciplinary write-ups and provide termination recommendations when necessary.
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
Forklift & Warehouse Equipment Operations
Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required
to support daily operations.
Step in to assist with equipment operation during high-volume periods or staffing gaps.
Ensure associates are following proper equipment safety procedures.
Identify unsafe equipment use and enforce corrective actions.
Assist with training new hires on safe equipment operation and equipment-related SOPs.
Additional Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of the warehouse floor.
Ensure proper handling and storage of inventory to prevent damage or loss.
