The Power Systems Sales Representative is a critical member of the sales team and plays a vital role in growing the business. The Power Systems Sales Representative is responsible for developing and enhancing sales coverage within their assigned territory for customers with standby electric, oil and gas, industrial, and rental power needs. * Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or talk with customers on sales floor or by phone.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
* Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Minimum of three (3) years' experience in equipment sales.
* Experience related to rental or heavy machinery a plus.
* Strong knowledge of CAT and Allied products.
* Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
* Computer experience, DBS, PC and CRM.
* Must have valid drivers' license and clean driving record.
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
* Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
* Moderate computer skills. Familiar with web navigation, experience working with databases.
