What You Will Do * Work with project teams in all project phases, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents and implementation * Collaborate with the design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives * Produce accurate technical and contract documentation for construction of project * Develop and participate in internal and client presentations * Participate in the construction administration process ensuring the successful delivery of the design intent * Utilize 3D software renderings to communicate design concepts * Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs Your Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a professionally accredited program * 5-10 years of related architecture project experience * Proficiency in Revit required, and experience utilizing other digital design tools beyond Revit * Actively working towards achieving State licensure a plus * Passion for sustainable practices and interest in working towards certification (LEED, FitWell, etc.) * Organized, creative, collaborative, and independent with ability to work on multiple projects at the same time. * Strong graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas * Knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques is preferred * Experience in construction document preparation and field observation is preferred Applications will not be considered without uploaded portfolio/work samples (in PDF form or linked to online portfolio) The base salary will be estimated between $76,000 - $96,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience. This full-time role supports product and marketing initiatives and works under the guidance of our Senior UI/UX Designer.
