Ensure mechanical issues with the vehicle are corrected promptly, reporting defects, accidents, and violations immediately. Perform daily maintenance of vehicle (refueling, cleaning, snacks/water, etc.) Interact with facility staff, clients, and family members in a professional manner. Address problems and create solutions, collaborating with Dispatcher and elevating problems to Field Supervisor when necessary. Enter data into Samsara system, maintain logs of calls, incidents, miles driven and more, submitting reports monthly to Field Supervisor. Work collaboratively with Director of Operations and Field Supervisors to update and maintain a list of facility contacts. Drive excellence by creating efficiencies that will reduce the arrival time for transports (under the 2-hour maximum). Report all overages to Field Supervisor. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 26 years or older. Excellent driving record. Valid driver's license. Proficient in English (oral and written); active listener. Tech-savvy, good typing skills, and experience with data entry. Ability to work nights, weekends with flexible hours as needed. Operate in highly stressful situations from both internal and external sources, adapting and making decisions as needed. Ability to multi-task, interpreting on-going problems and suggesting possible solutions. Prior law enforcement, military, dispatch, logistics or mental health experience helpful, but not required.
