Therapist - Full Time. Deliver care through individual and group therapy for patients and family members and are responsible for the day-to-day counseling and case management requirements of a licensed inpatient medically supervised stabilization and withdrawal program, rehabilitation program, and reintegration program. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Direct care delivery including but not limited to assessment of physiologic and psychosocial health status Deliver modality specific care including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, contingency management, and relapse prevention Interview patients, establishing treatment goals and plan Maintain understanding of current treatments, knowledge, and practices in addiction care and prioritize the use of best and evidence-based practices Maintain documentation, patient files, and statistics as required by departmental policies and funding sources Work collaboratively with the medical and nursing teams to develop personalized treatment plans Field clinically related telephone calls and respond as indicated to promote optimal patient care Support efforts of the Wellbridge research team to implement program improvement and patient outcomes. Manage and promote relationship with academic and research institutions to promote addiction research and training Provide crisis support to other clinicians and patients, as needed and in emergency situations Participate in regular clinical team meetings.
