Hub Group Final Mile is looking for an Owner Operator/Independent Service Provider Driving Team for delivery routes in and around the Columbus, OH area. Appliances being installed can range from refrigerators, washers, dryers, and other home appliances.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Timely and accurate delivery including installation of appliances.
Select and use basic tools to assemble, adjust, and install various appliances.
Must be able to follow complex installation instructions as per manufacturer specifications to complete installation of Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Stoves, Laundry, etc.
Ability to maneuver items with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
Requirements:
26ft box truck with lift gate. Can be one you own, rent, or lease.
Provide a two-person delivery team.
Must have a personal set of tools.
Valid Driver's License with good driving record for all Drivers.
Active MC Authority and DOT number with the FMCSA or willing to obtain.
Professional work experience as an Appliance Installer or a willingness to learn the trade.
Must be 21 years of age.
