Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions of 25 and 50 minutes. Stretches may include all major muscle groups, plus extremities, including work on the small muscle groups and neck.
Educate clients on benefits of stretching and encourage and motivate clients throughout their stretch session making sure the client knows what the stretch is designed to do, and how it should feel.
The Flexologist will assess the client's mobility and educate the client on stretching techniques to help keep them as mobile and limber as possible.
Ensure safety of clients regarding proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
Be able to discuss, recommend, and help promote future visits and membership options with clients
Manage client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, encouraging regular attendance with recurring appointments and suggesting relevant client ‘stretch homework'.
Attend and participate in staff meetings and required educational presentations, complete all continuing education as assigned
Clean and maintain studio environment and equipment
Qualifications
Love of boutique fitness environment is a must - passion for movement, stretching and flexibility

SUNY Niagara has a need for a part time Technical Assistant to work in both our Music department and Audio Recording and Production department within our Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences division.
Working shifts of 4 hr. minimum work day would be expected or as needed primarily between 8am-4pm normal business days.
The rate of pay is based on the level of education the candidate possesses. For a Bachelor's degree or lower the rate of pay will be $21.86 per hour. For a Master's degree or higher the rate of pay will be $24.04 per hour.
In order to build and maintain an active pool of qualified candidates to meet our present and future needs for this position, SUNY Niagara will accept applications on a continuous basis. Typical Work Activities
Simulation Lab Operations
* Set up, test, and operate high-fidelity simulators and related equipment for scheduled lab sessions.
* Prepare lab environments (beds, IVs, task trainers, medical equipment) to align with faculty-developed clinical scenarios.
* Support faculty with scenario implementation and troubleshoot technical issues during simulation sessions.
* Break down simulation setups and reset labs for subsequent use.
* Provide technical orientation to faculty and students regarding simulation equipment and lab procedures.
Maintenance and Inventory
* Maintain and ensure functionality of simulation equipment, including mannequins, task trainers, computers, and AV systems.
* Coordinate regular maintenance and repair of equipment with vendors (e.g., Laerdal, CAE, Gaumard).
* Maintain inventory of supplies, reorder consumables, and ensure availability of simulation materials.
* Manage lab security and cleanliness protocols.
Collaboration and Support
* Attend simulation planning meetings and collaborate with Nursing faculty to support instructional goals.
* Participate in student simulations to provide operational support and ensure realism.
* Assist in compiling simulation usage and performance data for program assessment and reporting.
* Participate in professional development to stay current with advancements in simulation technology.
Compliance and Safety
* Ensure compliance with college safety policies and protocols within the simulation lab.
