Manufacturing Associate Manager - Paper Machine MISSION / SUMMARY: The Manufacturing Associate Manager is responsible for direct supervision of the paper machine production, quality, immediate maintenance coordination and safety. This supervision includes hourly employees on shift, and indirect supervision over more employees on off shifts. The Manufacturing Associate Manager performs safety, quality, process, and mechanical checks. They have to make sure that the jobs are correctly filled with qualified people, constantly monitoring what is going on, filling out reports, scheduling and making corrections to Workforce Time for payroll to be processed, taking care of people issues, and seeing that mechanical issues are addressed in a timely manner. The Opportunity: The Production Worker will be assisting in our Brook Park location in Ohio they will have a key role in the efficient distribution of our warehouse deliveries and arrivals.
