Primary Functions: * Responsible for ensuring all dishes and kitchen utensils are properly sanitized. * Loads and unloads the dishwasher. * Record sanitizer levels daily, or as necessary. * Report any equipment problems to the Food Service Manager. * Delivers and picks up food carts to the designated areas. * Empties trash cans after each meal, or as needed. * Keeps the trash dumpster area clean and ensures the lids are closed on the dumpster. * Keeps kitchen floor clear of all debris, sweeps and mops after each meal. Dietary AideGeneral Purpose The dietary aide assignments are determined by the needs basis on the activity of the shift.
