Lead Heavy Haul Transport Driver The Lead Heavy Haul Transport Driver is responsible for safely transporting oversize and overweight equipment, coordinating complex moves, and providing leadership and direction to the transport team. This role ensures all hauls meet company standards, DOT regulations, and project-specific requirements. The Lead Driver supports the Equipment Dispatch Manager with planning, communication, and training while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability within the team.
