The Facilities Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, as well as general building infrastructure. Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in coordination with contractors and other trades. Perform routine maintenance tasks including filter replacement, coil cleaning, system checks, and cleaning of grills and ducts. Support senior technicians in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC issues; visually identify problems such as leaks using diagnostic tools. Effectively communicate across all levels and collaborate with the Facilities Director and General Manager to support informed decision-making. Identify maintenance risk on equipment.
