The Work:
As a Systems Administrator on the ECIW team, you will:
- Work in an agile scrum environment providing support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of various Information Technology (IT) systems
- Manage IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices
- Patch and harden Linux RedHat OS and works with Security personnel to protect against Cyber Threats.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4+ years of professional experience, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience with both Linux and Windows system administration, including installing, patching, troubleshooting and hardening Linux and Windows operating systems (both bare-metal and virtual machines)
• System Administration knowledge of LAN and WAN networking topographies, Virtualization Technologies
• Must currently have an active Top Secret Clearance

Job Description
We have an opening for a Program Administrator to support and enhance the administrative functions within the Office of Classification and Export Control (OCEC). As a member of the management team, you will lead and participate in business, workforce, and operational activities, implementing administrative policies and procedures to drive operational excellence. This position is in the Strategic Deterrence (SD) Directorate.
This position may offer a hybrid schedule, which includes the flexibility to work from home one or more days per week, after a probationary period. The specifics of the hybrid schedule, including the exact number of days required in the office and virtual work options, may vary based on the needs of the team and the organization.
These positions will be filled at either level based on knowledge and related experience as assessed by the hiring team. Additional job responsibilities (outlined below) will be assigned if hired at the higher level.
In this role you will
* Clarify, coordinate, and disseminate information; assess and respond to inquiries, prioritize actions, and ensure timely resolution of a wide range of issues.
* Evaluate, develop, and implement processes and procedures to streamline OCEC operations; provide input to improve organizational practices.
* Collaborate with the OCEC Program Leader to manage day-to-day business activities; research and analyze data to support operational deliverables.

infin IT is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems & Cloud Infrastructure Administrator knowledgeable in VMware, Veeam, Parallels RAS, Microsoft and SAN storage technologies. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining virtualized environments, leading the effort to provide data protection and disaster recovery readiness, and optimizing storage solutions to support organizational operations. This role requires a proactive problem solver with strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate with other technical teams. This position is in-office, not remote.
Key Responsibilities:
VMware Administration:
Manage, configure, and optimize VMware vSphere environments.
Monitor and maintain virtual machine (VM) performance and resource allocation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within virtualized environments.
Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and migrations for VMware systems.
Backup and Recovery with Veeam:
Implement and maintain backup strategies using Veeam Backup & Replication.
Monitor and validate backups, ensuring data integrity and recovery readiness.
Perform periodic disaster recovery tests to validate restore processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve backup and recovery issues
Parallels Virtual Environment Setup and Managment:
Create new client virtual desktop infrastructure
Guide technicians and clients through initial setup and data transfer
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing environments
SAN Storage Management:
Configure, manage, and monitor SAN storage systems to ensure high availability and performance.
Allocate and optimize storage resources to meet application and business needs.
Monitor storage health and address potential issues proactively.
Collaborate with vendors for upgrades, support, and issue resolution.
General IT Support:
Monitor and manage system performance, capacity, and availability.
Maintain and document system configurations, procedures, and policies.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to infrastructure.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
Expertise in VMware virtualization technologies (vSphere, ESXi, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Veeam Backup & Replication.
Strong knowledge of SAN storage solutions, including configuration and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Windows and Linux server environments.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE), or similar.
Experience with cloud platforms and hybrid environments.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation.

The Milacron Plastics Technology Group is in search of an experienced Senior Windchill Business Administrator in our Engineering Department as a key member of our Windchill Systems management team. The successful candidate will support Windchill and its related systems and work closely with other departments, ensuring that business and engineering users have all required access to the engineering data necessary for their success.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer Windchill (Teams, Roles, Users, ACLs, Projects)
Support CAD Library, automation, and engineering change workflows
Manage PLM lifecycle, workflows, and system integrations
Develop and maintain system documentation and reports
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support and mentorship
Oversee licensing, upgrades, and system performance tuning
Support Etrage, ThingWorx, and data cleanup activities
Lead large-volume projects, system upgrades, and regional application launchers
Serve as a PLM advisor to teams and lead the Sun Super User Network
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering
5+ years' experience in Windchill PLM system administration
5+ years' engineering experience
Strong IT/system knowledge; experience with Creo, ERP systems preferred
