Mr. Max Yankelevich is a Chief Executive Officer and Chief Architect at WorkFusion and is based in United States.

Andrew founded WorkFusion along with Max in 2010. As CTO, he oversees the WorkFusion’s technology strategy as well as development of its flagship products, WorkFusion™ and CrowdVirtualizer™. Prior to founding WorkFusion, Andrew was VP Technology at Freedom OSS, one of the first cloud computing consultancies and an early partner of Amazon Web Services. Andrew has held technology leadership and software architectural positions since 1997, ranging from Fortune 500 companies, such as Deutsche Bank, Motorola, Dun & Bradstreet, Bellcore (Telcordia) to not-for-profit entities, such as the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. Andrew has BS degree in Math and Physics and MS degree in Computer Science from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

Most recently, Brian served as CFO of The Stars Group Inc., a Canadian online gaming company with international operations and publicly traded on the NYSE and TSX exchanges.

Other financial executive roles include Brian’s position as CFO of DH Corp., where he helped transform the organization into one of the leading fintech companies in Canada. He has held a number of senior financial positions in leading publicly traded technology, consumer product and manufacturing companies - including CFO of Teranet, a provider of integrated land-based information systems and software services.

Brian also is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. He holds an MBA from Smith School of Business at Queen’s University and has an Honorary Doctorate in Laws from the Assumption University.

James McGarry serves as chief operating officer of erwin Inc., maker of the market-leading data modeling solution that helps organizations derive maximum value from their big data initiatives. At erwin, Jim is responsible for the legal, human capital, financial, business development, IT and operations matters company-wide. Prior to erwin, Jim was a Partner with Parallax Capital, based in New York. During his tenure at Parallax, Jim was responsible for sourcing, deal qualification, contract negotiations and execution, as well as portfolio company management. Prior to joining Parallax, Jim was with CA Technologies, where he held several management positions including vice president, corporate business development and as vice president, global sales operations. Jim holds a Masters of Business Administration from Dowling College. Outside the office, Jim is a history buff, perfects his backswing and always saves the best time for his kids.

Mariann leads Marketing strategy, overseeing brand, demand, content and product marketing. She is an expert in driving growth, establishing & expanding markets, and building culture. Before joining WorkFusion, she was CMO at erwin inc., where she successfully repositioned the company to the high-value data governance market before its acquisition by Quest. Previous executive roles were CMO at inContact and SVP at Xtralis and Verint Systems. Mariann’s experience in high tech and software marketing also includes advisory and board roles at DQLabs and SparkPost and membership in professional associations such as National Association for Female Executives, Women Investing in Security & Education, CMO Council, and Greater New York Marketing Executives Council (founder). She holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Virginia.

Alex Lyashok transitioned from Chief Executive Officer & President to a position on the Board of Directors in September 2021. Prior to joining WorkFusion, Alex was Head of Global Operations at EPAM, NYSE-listed digital product development services firm. He was responsible for Strategy, Marketing, and EPAM’s operations globally. Alex joined EPAM in 2009 when EPAM acquired Rodmon Systems, a media industry services company Alex co-founded. Prior to his Operations role, he was EPAM’s CTO and was responsible for EPAM’s business in the Media industry. Alex has been in software industry since 1997. His experience ranges from helping build network operation support systems for national telecommunications carriers in the United States to advising the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation on its global initiative in Africa and Latin America. Alex received his MS and BS degrees from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and has an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.
