POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a Project Manager to join our construction team within a larger affordable housing development platform, specializing in Section 8 and LIHTC acquisition rehabilitation projects. This role is responsible for independently managing multiple projects through the pre-construction phase while coordinating closely with internal development teams, the Construction Manager, and external parties. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable navigating complex regulatory and funding requirements, and able to balance cost, schedule, and scope across multiple active projects. This position requires frequent travel nationwide to support project planning, site evaluations, consultant coordination, and pre-construction activities as needed. Summary: The Field Project Manager is responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of the project(s) to meet time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration functions. Primary Responsibilities: • Overall planning for construction of the project. • Managing cost budgets of assigned projects. • Solicit and obtain bids from subcontractors and material suppliers. • Issues subcontracts and purchase orders for each project. • Prepare the job start-up and close-out checklists. • Secure properly executed subcontract and purchase order agreements, insurance certificates, bonds and other documents as required for protecting the interest of the company. • Monitor and expedite the delivery of materials. • Assist the shop to ensure that the project is constructed in accordance with the contract, requirements and specifications and with the required quality. • Provide weekly job status updates along with project cost tracking. • Possess working knowledge of all project plans, specifications, and contract with owner, subcontracts, purchase orders, daily correspondence, shop drawings, submittals, and all other project related documents, and maintain a complete and accurate set of as-builds. • Maintaining awareness of all problem areas that arise during projects. • Coordinate installer teams for all locations in each project. • Travel to installation sites to oversee the installation of ACM fascia panels and quality check the installation of all installations prior to completion. Required Qualifications: • Education: Minimum of a 4-year degree (or equivalent experience) in construction and/or construction project management. • Experience: Minimum 5-8-year on-site construction management experience, estimating, cost control and/or engineering experience. • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite and Excel. Working Conditions: Work is performed in a general office environment. Travel requirement 80% or more with some weekends.

Manage field implementation of well completion and workover program. Supervise consultants and coordinate activity with completion engineers and production foreman. Environment is fast paced, with constantly changing priorities. Must have 15+ years of oilfield experience, including 10 years in completions. Strong working knowledge of vertical and horizontal well completions, rigs, tools, snubbing operations and fishing operations. Must have the ability to communicate with engineers and supervise multiple operations. Must be a good team leader able to fully understand what is required by engineering and adequately convey same to field supervisors to achieve highly efficient, cost effective well completions. A strong safety record is required along with past supervisory experience. A high school diploma or GED is required. Good driving record required. Typically manages a team of wellfield technicians across approximately 3 to 5 sites located in OH, IN and OR. Takes direction from the supervising Wellfield managers and directors. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** + Responsible for execution of all wellfield technician duties across assigned sites, primarily through delegation, but via direct performance of work when needed. + Trains and mentor's wellfield technicians across assigned sites. + Monitors wellfield performance to ensure adherence to company and industry standards and compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines + Plans and schedules maintenance of wellfield equipment. + Develops work schedules, assignments, and rotations for employees. + Participates in the employee hiring process. + Ensures employees are properly trained for their respective positions. + Reviews, approves, and submits employee timesheets and expense reports. + Provides employees with honest and timely feedback and coaching on performance. + Conducts annual performance reviews with employees. + Evaluates operations, maintenance, and performance of the wellfields. + Ensures that the wellfield preventive maintenance program is up to date, and that all documentation and records are filed (electronically or hard copied) appropriately. + Ensures the daily transmittal of all wellfield data, flare data, and associated operating reports and spreadsheets. + Maintains all assigned operating logs in proper order, including flare logs, inspection logs, SSM forms, etc. + Assists with the planning, implementing, and scheduling of all maintenance, training, wellfield expansions and special projects. + Works with plant personnel as needed to ensure that daily production reports, flow meter data, greenhouse gas data, sales meter data and Start-up-Shut down Malfunction (SSM) reports are up to date and delivered (daily/weekly/monthly) to the appropriate individuals/agencies as requested. + Oversees operation of the assigned wellfields in the most efficient and productive manner to maintain compliance with the site-specific Title V Operating Permit, New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), and prescribed safety and environmental standards. + Performs equipment testing and develops action plans to maximize performance and implements improvements. + Plans and executes special projects to improve wellfield collection efficiency. + Determines service priorities and schedules projects and personnel accordingly. + Communicates and coordinates projects with plant and landfill personnel. + Maintains good relations with plant and landfill personnel. + Orders/purchases materials and supplies as required. + Ensures projects comply with government rules, regulations, the site-specific Title V Permit and NSPS guidelines. + Responds to callouts in a timely manner and works overtime as required. + Ensures maintenance and upkeep of facility all-terrain vehicles and trucks. + Ensures all analytical equipment calibrations and recordkeeping are current. + Has knowledge of all gas collection and control equipment. + Performs analytical tests and documentation as required, for example: Calibration of data collection and gas analysis instruments. + Travels regionally as needed to support assigned sites and wellfield technicians. The Site Superintendent is responsible for daily on-site coordination of solar photovoltaic construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and timelines. This role leads field operations, oversees subcontractors and crews, manages project documentation via Procore, and ensures a strong culture of safety and accountability on-site. The work job sites for this role will be located in the state of Illinois but willingness to travel is required in the role. * Supervise daily construction activities across solar PV sites (canopy, rooftop, and ground mount installations) * Lead daily Plan of the Day (POD) meetings and manage 3-week look-ahead schedules * Coordinate labor crews, subcontractors, and vendors on site * Monitor site safety and ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental protocols * Track daily work progress and update project status using Procore software * Troubleshoot field challenges and escalate as necessary to project management * Maintain accurate and detailed records of site activities, material deliveries, and labor hours * Review blueprints and project plans to ensure work is performed to spec * Facilitate clear communication between the field and project leadership * Conduct quality control inspections and ensure project meets Coral Reef standards * This position requires frequent overnight travel to project sites, with work assignments typically lasting a week or longer based on project need.
