An Order Picker, or Picker Packer, is responsible for reading incoming orders and selecting the correct items from the warehouse shelves before staging them for delivery. Their duties include operating forklifts and other heavy machinery, updating inventory counts and counting out the appropriate number of goods to fulfill and order. Manages costs, billings and collections. Completes project billings in a timely and accurate format to the client. Maintains profitability goals and positive cash flow. Sends warranty letter to JCI customer upon substantial completion of project and ensures proper execution of warranty. Develops project plans and coordinates the required resources to ensure timely and cost-effective installation and completion of assigned projects. Performs site-specific training for owner/operator on the total system in full or with assistance. Ensures owner/operator has been trained. Provides accurate documentation and manuals for system operation. Develops and maintains viable long-term relationships with contractors, clients, consultants and subcontractors. This position will be in MIDLAND, TX What you will do As a controls systems technician with Johnson Controls you will perform assigned system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools. You will troubleshoot and resolve basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control problems and respond to basic warranty calls. How you will do it Loads system-level controller software. Performs basic commissioning and system diagnostics from system-level controllers to end devices (such as: sensors, actuators, etc.) and completes all required commissioning documentation.
